  1. Hi I am planning to be outside venue for 8am, does that sound ok? I have a photo shoot at 9.30am ( as I know many other have) I am a little concerned that as there are a lot attending this year it may take a little while for us all to get inside with doors not opening until 9am, hoping that it will allow enough time to get bearings etc. Having looked on Forum I do know SM are saying should not be a problem, guess depends how many want to be early to get good numbered VT Tickets and people who like me have early photo shoots
  2. Hi everyone, I am coming along with my friend, not cosplaying but have got a Tshirt done - first time of having chance to meet Tom and fellow enthusiasts so hope get chance to meet some of you (oooh wibble not long now!).....to think first thing to happen when get inside venue is the photoshoot!!
  3. That looks great, I've never been brave enough to do Cosplay and admire those who do, I have however this time around got a T Shirt designed! Look forward to saying hi at their photoshoots!
  4. I will be double shaking as got shoot with Luke too!
  5. See you at morning shoot then - I will be the one shaking!
  6. Hi HarleyQuinn I am also booked in Batch 2 for Tom and forum has confirmed that it will be his first session at 9.30am, my friend and I are coming from Cardiff by coach night before and we have booked 8pm coach return Saturday night ( before had photo shoot schedule) in case of delays etc. We are trying to decide whether to change to an earlier return coach now, but I am worried if on the day there were delays and we had to go on his second session I would then have to miss the photo shoot opportunity... so think we will leave as it is.
  7. Maybe they should be changed to Shoots A & B to avoid the continued confusion when people don't read this properly? So when you say split shoots that means there are two sessions ? i.e on schedule where it shows Guest name1 this means 1st session ( corresponding with info on ticket saying PSat1 etc) and then Guest name2 on schedule means second session (again corresponding with ticket showingPSat2 etc)?? sorry if sounding vague but want to get it right on day! Yes. ok don't shoot, this is my original post where I thought that if my ticket says PSat2 then that meant it was for Guest's second session...to which has been answered yes. I then posted a bit later to say that looking at Too Tall's guidelines that given the time of the two shoots I wanted it would mean being in 1st sessions and that the PS1 and PS2 on tickets referred to batch numbers not session numbers on schedule...and this has also been confirmed. sorry to cause headache but would like to know for certain That "Yes" was for your first question. I didn't realize you had three questions in there. It's mental in here right now as you probably noticed. You are first session for both. Thank you so much, I can imagine how extremely busy you are .. really appreciate it

  9. Hi Etmuse, ok so my tickets say: PSat1Guest name Batch 1, and for other PSat2 Guest Name Batch 2 the numbers on the schedule i.e 1 and 2 simply mean then...1st or second session and then looking at timing ( one of mine is 25 mins and the other 30 mins) that would fall in to 1st session? Guess on day if go by that understanding and incorrect they will advise me if need to attend second session?

  11. hang on think I was incorrect in earlier message : so am I right now as follows: Photo shoot ticket for Luke Pasqualino says...... P Sat 1 Batch 1 - so that will mean Luke's 1st session in the morning Photo shoot ticket for Tom Burke says P Sat 2 Batch 2 - so that will mean Tom's second session at end of afternoon does that sound correct ( at least will have time to look human beforehand!)
  12. ok think I understand but can someone also just help confirm.. I have photo shoot tickets for Tom Burke (Batch 2) and Luke Pasqualino (Batch 1) - I note that their first photo shoots are in the morning i.e Tom at 9.30am and Luke at 11.10am - so am I correct in thinking it is those times I attend - as notice on comments here that you say batches 1 -4 normally would be in first sessions? Getting a little confused as know the first people for photos will be the pass holders and non batched so just need to check if it would be their 1st sessions? thanks oh and agree with another comment .....how on earth can I look ok at 9.30 for Tom!
  13. I have to agree I think the VQ system works really well, for me I am only wanting two autographs - they are both from the same series so presume they will be sat alongside each other which will make it easier ( also got photo shoot tickets with them), I aim to be at Venue for 8am so all should be ok
  14. Totally echo that sentiment, been to quite a few Conventions and also signing events - manners cost nothing, embrace the fact that everyone is there to have a good time - chance to meet new people. Yes there will be queues ...but so worth the result. And as someone who also ran her own Convention full respect to Organisers and Crew too
  15. great, obviously they will have many to upload!
  16. Hi, just wondered how long after the event it will be for the uploaded images from the photo shoots to be put up online - I know will be taking away original photos on day but as want to also share them by email with some friends will be looking to purchase the download Jpegs as don't have a scanner
  17. Hi Just wondered how long after the event it would be with the uploaded images from the photo shoots? I know we will be taking away original photograph but want to share by e mail with some friends and don't have a scanner so will be looking to purchase the download of the Jpegs
  18. I have just ordered a TShirt to be printed with own design - easy to carry and will be cool and comfortable on the day too ( well the T Shirt will be cool I will be a jelly when meet the guests lol!)
  19. That's great, I have my E Tickets for the shoots I want, so am guessing on plan or on day, Steward will then tell me which ones to go to i.e A,B,C etc
  20. Hi, just wondered with most of the guests doing photoshoots are there a few areas used or does it all take place in the one part? - I am sure when you post information on times online and plan etc it will help
  21. Hi, I will be needing to have a small weekend bag with me as coming up the night before and then going back on coach straight after the event - will there be somewhere to leave it whilst I do the autograph queues and photo shoots?
  22. Great, in that case I will stay put in Venue! can be there all day as booked later coach back to allow etc
  23. Hi just a quick query. I have tickets for two photo shoots ( I am in batch 1 for one Guest and batch 2 for the other), I know you will be posting a schedule for times of shoots and then I can plan how much time I will have to look around or leave venue for food etc. Once the times are posted are they ever subject to change? I know from attending a while ago that one was a little late as in fairness with these events things can be delayed or over run. I guess my concern is, let's sat they list photo shoot at 1pm, I pop out beforehand and then get back for 1pm but maybe in that time the slot has been brought forward and I have missed it? Also what is difference between non and batched tickets? Thanks !
  24. actually I may have caused a little confusion and perhaps should be on thread titled e mail validation again... I had not forgotten to click it when placing order hence it all seems ok. Hoping all is fine for you with the T Shirt for MJF
