Wrong Name
Your best bet is to email them back, as they are going to be the ones who can answer this I'm afraid.
Queen_Sindel
Yes, you need to e-mail back. It looks like your other e-mail did not get through. None of us can answer this, sorry.
robmoriarty
Based on my prior experience of SM events, if you have either a blue badge or are in receipt of DLA/PIP, then a copy of either of those will suffice - or a letter from your doctor. ESA is not always a universal proof of having a disability, you can be in receipt of that through just being on a low income.
wjbleming
Just to check, there's a guy on the LFACC FB event page saying he's sent 5 emails & waiting from 6th July, I take it this is due to the volume of emails being received? Queen_Sindel
They are a couple of days behind, but not that much behind. I'll check with the Facebook people if they can message him. Unfortunately we've had a few cases where someone was complaining that they did not get a response and then were unresponsive themselves when being contacted. There's been two posts on the forum as well where that happened.
wjbleming
Thanks QS, if any of the staff speak Italian it might help, he isn't fluent in English.

That may be the issue then actually, they are probably trying to find someone to translate.
