Can you remind mew happens if you book tickets for 11am entry and a ticket for a photo shoot that is then planned for a time before 11am. Do you lose the money assuming there isn't another batch later in the day? If a guest is doing a photo shoot before 11, then that guest would be doing another shoot after in the afternoon. You won't lose your money. If the guest is not doing another photo shoot then I am sure SM would do the photoshoot as late as possible...
