That way they can be easily updated with information, moved about, whatever's needed. Cancellations, reschedules and VQ updates would ideal so there's no constant circling of the venue from all attendees. Could you imagine the cabling you'd need to do that! And trying a wireless solution would cause even more issues! Only a suggestion as other events can handle it. I've seen screens (as in large big flatscreen TVs) being used at another show. I'm just making any suggestion that may help in the future or at least be considered for future shows, we know how busy it gets and this show, going from floor to floor just to check a VQ that hasn't changed for 3 hours is annoying to say the least. That one actually just came to my mind because some attendees of that show were saying that they favoured the more simply method SM uses, that's why I mentioned it.
