chubby Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 Hi I came on the Friday and after being told all the wrong info by staff I missed a photo shoot and even tho I paid £17.50 as the 2.50 charge I was told I can only have 15.00 back in a vouchers. ok BUT the 10.00 and 5.00 card I got says its only for use in 2014. what can I do? not only was I treated like crap by the crew, and shouted at by Barry at the photo que but im out 2.50 and given out of date vouchers. I know its only 2.50 but after the day I had I think its the principle here? will this be over looked next month when I try and use them? im going to Bournemouth as a guest on the Saturday and as crew on the sunday, so could I get them changed on the day if they cant be used?
