spot on mate, they need to take action on this and get it sorted. out of all the people I met at this lfcc, only 1 was a member on here the rest seen to of been banned so they cant comment on the photos

I can understand if it was done by school kids but I paid £110 for one and £25 for another by a "pro" I could of done a better job! for the price I don't want "looks ok" I want it right!

this was the point I put to sm, ive had 2 very pro photographers look at the photos and both have said the set up was all wrong. but sm cant be wrong can they just take take take. they need to wake up and see its us that pay out all the money.

the reason people don't bother to say anything is we never get anywhere! if you had nothing to do with sm no mod ect and you had paid out all that money im sure you would have something to say. on the day I showed the photo to another photo area who even said that's a joke they need to get it fixed. the amount of ppl who said no point even saying anything they never do anything, and the words blood from a stone was used a few times. we all no that the ONLY way to get any money out of sm is if a guest cant come apart from that its just tough. I paid £110 for a photo that is too dark and yet all your saying is well its not that bad. when will you realise that this little mistakes all add up and soon people wont pay out that much again, I know I wont its way too much a risk. I now have to pay another 5.00 and then pay a guy to try fix it for me. its a joke

once I have the dig copys ill see what they are like and it could be a printer error, if its not however ive found a guy who is a master at fixing photos and he will help me fix it. just playing the waiting game now lol

They look great to me, not too dark at all. for £110 I expected a better photo than this, but the problem ive got is there is nothing I can do about it, nothing I can do about how rude the pit boss was, I now have to buy the digital copys just to see if its a printer setting. and then that's that its just tough, I have to lump it. the amount of people that were unhappy with the photos we cant all be wrong? but that's it now no help with it, no offer of a free digital copy just an email saying I should of sorted it at the time.

im going to have to buy the digital copys when they come out and see what happens

its a 100% match I know im not the only one whos upset about the joint shoot that we paid so much money and the guy you get to take them cant seem to sort the lighting out. if you had paid £110 for a single photo im sure you would want it looking good, and "not bad"

that's what I will have to do, its a shame I paid 110 for one of them and 25 for the other and they cant even get it right. I now have to pay out even more money and get them sorted

area D on Saturday was a nightmare, rushed, late shoots and my pics came out dark. would of looked better on my phone

hi I just wanted to know what can be done about dark photos from area D? my joint photo with carl and dolph has come out like ive take the photo and printed it myself, and the Jason david frank shoot was just the same. the joint shoot I had redone and even getting another one take came out crap, and I spent so much money of these. I spoke to the pit boss who just said theres nothing I can do take it up with showmasters on Monday. ive had a professional photographer look at the photos today and he said the lighting is way off and this should of been sorted on the day. did anyone else have a problem with area D? I really enjoyed the day, the one thing that's upset me is that the pics from area D are so dark. I paid £111 for a joing rocky 4 shoot and the first one came out so bad I had to have it re done. after I see the photo and it was soooo dark and I said to the crew about it and was told to take it up with showmasters. my Jason david frank photo is also dark. im going to have to buy the dig copys and get a photoshop guy to have a play so they look good. as always Debs photos were just outstanding in area C. what can even be done about this?

My Sean Maher shoot has been changed to 9:30-9:45 on Sunday, but last year I didn't get in til 9:50 because of the queues! What do you do in this situation if it looks like you won't be there on time, and what time do you recommended arriving at Olympia? Thank you!

This is my problem too. I don't see any way around it as all golds go first and there's no knowing how many people will be having photos with Kim. It's a lot of money to lose. These are the only photos for me now that I no longer have my shoot with Ron and they're at the same time! Out of all the celebs there my only ones clash :-) If you guys can post your batch numbers please that helps a lot with recommending a strategy, and also the day. It's a large schedule and you are saving us a lot of time. The Jason David Frank/Dominic thing is no issue at all, they overlap only by 10 minutes. Go to Jason timely and then head over immediately to Dominic. For the other one it's Kim first and please tell crew straight away that you have the other shoot. Crew was shouting last year because 80 percent of the attendees unfortunately were ignoring their instructions and they were trying to make themselves heard. When nobody listens to what you say you'd get upset too. It's a slightly different set up this year, so hopefully no more shouting needed. that sounds a plan thank you, its Batch 8 for Dominic and JDF is batch 4 Thanks QS. Kim is batch 1 Dolph and Carl batch 2. Kim first, tell crew you have the double shoot and straight over. Yes. This is definitely one of the more minor clashes I've seen. You have one of the higher batches for Dominic anyway.
