Autograph Pre Order cut off and US customers

Good afternoon all

 

Pre orders will close tomorrow night at 9pm.

 

We are currently having issues with US customers not being able to pre order autographs due to an issue with out shop page. We do however have a way around the issue so if you are having issues ordering please email me and I can tell you how to get around it for this show. It will be sorted this week and LFCC will be as normal.

You will be refunded.

Yes, if the guest is rearranged to another show that is soon I transfer the orders to that show unless the customer is going themselves and therefore refund them. All guests that have cancelled this show will be refunded tomorrow as I'm in work now.

The photo request will be possible as long as you put it in the comments box, but I have no idea how you go on about adding to an order.
