The first i made about a week ago, but nothing shows up on "My Account" for it on the shop. I made a second order for diffrent items today and it showed up on "My Account" instantly. My first instinct is that the first items didnt go throu but my credit card has been charged!!! Do i need to re order my first request???? I have an email order confirmation but nothing in "MyAccount" The missing transaction is Order number 20486. Queen_Sindel Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 If you have been charged, you are good. It is very likely that you simply ordered as a guest and hence the transaction is not showing up. That has happened to a couple of attendees for this show when they were in a rush. Unfortunately the mods do not have any detailed info about store orders and we can not access the software to check.
