No comments section

Me too, i was signed into the store so just clicked checkout and was no comment box there? so all they have is my name? if it helps them details are

when i booked my ticket there was no comments box, so i emailed them with my name ect, when i logged into my account my order had been rejectet...wtf,

re orderd again yesterday so fingers crossed :smile: ,

oh and hi everyone, be nice im a newbie haha

If there are problems with an order, it's best to contact them rather than "re-ordering" if people are putting through multiple orders. Not sure if that's what you did though.

 

 

oops it came up as rejected so i just thought it was cancelled, hope i dont get billed twice :smile:
