How is the checkin taking place ? Are you gonna call each pass by their number ? What about late arrivals as the opening will start at 7:00pm ? Thank you for your help ! But we have been told before that there is often someone on the desk til about 8pm. If you arrive after that, seek out a crew member and show your letter, they will then grab the relevant person. They dont call people in numbers, everyone just queues at the desk when they arrive cos most people arrive at different times anyway. Queen_Sindel Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 *mod coming in to confirm that what Rhi wrote is totally correct* If your friends for some reason arrive when the registration table is already closed just tell them to bring their registration letter along to the parties in the evening. You don't have to catch TooTall unless there's a problem. Just get in line whenever you feel like it after registration has opened, which usually happens at 2 PM.
