I had an email from Kirstie saying there was a problem with one of my payments. I was told to respond by today otherwise my order would be cancelled. Nooooooooo!

 

I have sent 4 emails now - 1 of which gave details of my debit card. I really need to know if Kirstie has had that email and whether everything is alright. Sorry to be a pain but I haven't had any replies and I'm very stressed that my order will be cancelled or that my card details have gone awol!!

 

My order no is LFCC 10030.

Kirstie will answer your email(s) I'm sure when she deals with the queries. She has loads of orders to go through so she'll answer as soon as she can I'm sure.

Thanks Jola - I was worried my order would be cancelled as I hadn't heard anything.
