I voted for POA. As a film it is the best.

 

It was the first one to really be a movie. There are things that work great in books but not so good on the big screen. I was glad they re-wrote it. There was no way they could have got all of the story in anyway, it would have made the film about 5 hours long.

 

The first 2 films had this "Disney-ish" glow to the cinematography that I didn't much like. POA was much darker and more moody. It felt like a castle in Scotland.

 

I agree they really should have explained who the marauders were.

 

And I do agree with Davey though that Thewlis was not good casting.

OMG the first person ever to agree with me about the stupid Thewlis man :lol::wub:

I agree 100% he was not what I was expecting Lupin to look like at all.

 

Gary as Sirius was just inspired though.

I went for PoA but thats mainly because its also my fav book out of them all but to be honest I don't think any of the films have captured exactly what happens in the books as they have to cut so much out.
