  1. Thanks for the quick reply - I'll try ringing again during my break, as I'm at work now.
  2. I'd like to enquire about my tickets - I have been on the phone for almost an hour trying to get through to you now, but I've been unable to get through. I recieved two tickets for the Stargate talk and one ticket for the party today. Now, I'd just like to know exactly why I've recieved them, as I asked for a refund, and was told on Monday that they had been refunded. Quite frankly, I'm not even going to be in England for the Collectormania weekend now, due to the fact I have cancelled the hotel and my holidays, as I did inform you. I do not want to be £45 out of pocket due to a mistake at your end. Am I getting my refund, or have I been given false information regarding that? And exactly what am I supposed to do with these tickets that I specifically stated I no longer require? A prompt reply would be appreciated.
  3. Do we have to phone to get refunds, or can we request via e-mail? Also, I'm cancelling the whole weekend since it was Michael Shanks & Chris Judge that I wanted to see, so can I get a refund for my party ticket also?
  4. Depends on how busy the guests are, really. Usually you can go up to the guests with quieter queues and just get a photo if you cant afford an autograph, but do ask the guest before you do that, as some of them might not like it. But yeah, nothing stopping the two of you just getting one autograph between you, and having photographs each - that's most likely what will be happening with me and my sister, since she's basically leeching the weekend off me
  5. Well, this is me! And I will most likely be wearing that hat... dunno about the rest of the uniform, though - it might be too hot for it! Will probably be in some green fatigues at one point in the weekend... probably Sunday... not sure! :) So, yeah, if you see me, feel free to come over and pester me, as I do enjoy being pestered
  6. Well, I'm staying at Travelodge Milton Keynes Central, which is literally opposite the Stadium, so I'm gonna have a good night on Saturday; I'll I've gotta do to get to my hotel is stumble across the road and pray I dont get hit by the Batmobile or something ;D I dunno whether or not the Travelodge still has vacancies... I wouldnt bet on it, but it's worth a shot if it's not been tried...
  7. Gah, Elijah's queue was painful *cringes at the memory* all worth it, though I'm planning on leaving the hotel around the 8am mark on Saturday, since it's a fair walk up the road to the MK:Centre, and then there's walking from one end of the centre to the other...! Plus, breakfast once I get to the centre! Love it <3 Anyway, keeps you fit, eh? I want to try to aim for getting the majority of my autos before noon, preferably. That way I can just bum around the stalls and go back to the hotel a bit early so I can get ready for the SG1 talk, and then have a proper meal before the party. I think last time I went to Collectormania, my "meals" consisted of stealing a slice of pizza off a friend, and getting a burger, milkshake and fries at McDs before going to a talk... LOL
  8. Well, if I have enough time, I want Michael Shanks, Chris Judge, Corin Nemec, Alan Cumming, and possibly Jolene Blalock, and Anthony Head... gonna be a pricey weekend ;D But my main four are Michael, Chris, Corin & Alan Cant wait!!
  9. *covets* I've got a special place in my heart for my James Marsters auto, since that was one of the first I ever got... but my favourite is probably Alice Coopers, because I was just in the right place at the right time, and squee'd madly when I got it... And what place was this? ROTK premiere in London O.o' Most random.
  10. You can't really do a designated door for queue's before the venue opens for several reasons. As I have already mentioned, we may find ourselves in a position where we have to change the layout at the last minute, and so that would negate anything we had said about where to queue previously. There is also no way for us to let everyone know where to queue. If we post on the wensite or forum then that only reaches those people, who are just a small number of those who turn up to Collectormania. We could make signs by the relevant doors, but the immediate problems I see with this are that no one is used to that so won't know to look; people who just join the back of a queue outside the centre will be away from the door so won't even realise they are queuing specifically for certain guests; and most problematic is that with the centre:mk being an open venue as it is, when the doors are opened for the centre, there is no way of controlling where people go, and so people from one side of the centre can run to the other, and so end up in front of people orderly filing in for a specific queue. Unfortunately, there is NO perfect solution to this situation. We will do what we can to try and make it better though by giving you some sort of idea where people are before the event date! Mark ooh no. i didnt mean that. having a different door for different guests would be a logistical nightmare. i cant see that working at all. i meant having only one door, as with lfacc. so there is one queue to get into the building. hope thats clearer. I know I'm not a Showmasters representative, but I just have to say that that would be a logistical nightmare. You have to understand that Collectormania is held in a shopping centre - there are shops all around the square where the show is held, and there are dozens of entrances - to set it up so there was only one entrance for Collectormania would put alot of people out, particularly shoppers who arent actually interested in the show.
  11. I've found that when you get off the train, just exit the train station at the main exit/entrance, and then walk straight ahead until you come to the MK:Centre...
  12. God, yeah!! I'd sell my soul for a ticket...!!! It would be fantastic... please Showmasters, make my year!!
  13. That's FANTASTIC!! My bank account is going to DIE over the C7 weekend XD Good thing I'm working now... must... book... overtime.... I'm really well chuffed Sean is booked - I missed him last time he was there!! <3

  15. Ooooh, my vote goes for Alan Rickman...!! He's been in so many great flicks other than HP; Die Hard, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Sense & Sensibility, Dogma, Galaxy Quest, Love, Actually...! He's brilliant And look at the fanbase you can cover with just one guy...!! Though I'm also gonna put out a secondary vote for Rupert Grint, 'cause he's adorable! :)
  16. Craig Parker (Haldir, LOTR) Christian Coulson (Tom Riddle, Harry Potter) (AGAIN!!) Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley, Harry Potter) Amber Benson (Tara, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Alyson Hannigan (Willow, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Sean Biggerstaff (Oliver Wood, Harry Potter) That's my wishlist...!! :)
  17. Oooh, Christian was lovely!! I got his autograph on Saturday, and gave him a birthday card and a cake...!! He was such a cutie too!!
  18. Hey Amy! Sorry it took me so long to reply; I havent been on the forum in a while...!! I'm gonna be arriving at around 4pm on the Friday, and staying 'til the Monday, so I'll be there Saturday through Monday, no problem! :) Love, Kris
  19. Well, I've got £70 so far, and that covers the 4 autographs I'm getting and half the LOTR:TTT screening I'm going to. I need another £10 in order to afford the screening, and £75 for my accomodation...! And then I need cash for food...! Gah, s'all so tricky... and I'm having so much trouble getting a job, too!! *pulls hair out* I'm trying to sell some of my rare records and un-personalised autographs (I have two in total, w00t!), and some other junks... and my guitar... gah, I'm so broke... Love, Syndarys
  20. They could do it kind of like Lord Of The Rings; film it all at once, but split it into two for releasing it, but definitely not with an entire year between releases!! I think it would be better for them to split it, because then they wont have to cut so much stuff out. They wont be able to release a movie that's over 3 hours long for the cinema - it's just not workable! Despite what the die hard fans are like (and I'm one of them; for example, I'd quite happily to go a Lord Of The Rings Extended Edition Marathon to watch all three movies at once!), but with the ordinary fans (which is where they make their money), they wouldnt want to go to the cinema to sit for over 3 hours for a movie! They're just not dedicated enough. Love, Kris
  21. Oh, I'm a BB.net loon... Pipolas_Tookleaf from over there I've got my wee scarvie, which I wear tied to a necklace... it's got a bit manky though, will have to wash it Love, Kris
  22. Elijah for me; I've already met Billy, and I've seen Dom, Sean & Andy at the London TTT Premiere, but I havent seen Elijah yet! So this is my chance :) Love, Kris
