  1. YES! They must make it so. JoCo is a god amongst men.
  2. Terry Pratchett would be amazing. Also as others have mentioned, the big bang cast! I'd love to meet Sheldon IRL. OH and THE GUILD'S FELICIA DAY I'd literally have a stroke and die if I met her.
  3. Name -- Anthony Age -- 21 Live -- London Favourite films -- Taxi Driver, Fight Club, Memento, The Green Mile, LOTR trilogy, Anchorman....eh, and I suppose the HP films were alright. Music -- Rise Against, The Eagles, The Killers, The Black Mages, Bob Dylan, Lost Prophets, Flyleaf, The Shins, Foo Fighters, Guns n Roses, RHCP, 30 seconds to mars Books -- I am Legend, The Hobbit, The Dispossesed and The Laithe of Heaven (Ursula LeGuin), Hothouse, The Secret History, anything by Phillip K. Dick...eh, and I suppose the HP books were alright. Hi :) I be new to this here forum. I doubt my devotion to the Harry Potter series can match the rest of you, but I certainly am a fan, and providing nothing else crops up I may well be in attendance at your gathering.
  4. haha exactly. But then again, there aren't really any characters in anything that aren't skinny that anyone would want to cosplay! I'll be cosplaying as jabba the hutt next year ;_;
  5. There was a petite girl with brown hair and really pretty eyes standing in the star trek queue behind me. If you're reading this, I thought you were really cute, despite the fact you seemed very shy and alone.
  6. You and every other poor sap who thought shared interests will automatically generate emotional or physical attraction, somehow bypassing a lifetime of social inadequacy (and that horrible truth applies most pertinently to myself).
  7. Myself and my friend were sitting next to them at the 12.35 star trek talk. Real babes, tried to muster up the courage to talk to them but hit a wall of phail. On that note, Dominic Keating came across as very rude, overpowering and abrasive, and even slightly racist @_o.
  8. I think that's what Nicky was getting at Trouble is if I got to the point where I could safely take a picture of said girl without fear of reprisal I wouldn't need to ask who that girl is in the first place!
  9. Hah for the London Book Fair I stayed in the Beaver Hotel. I guarantee you your room is not as small as mine was, nor are your walls as paper thin. Yeah, learned my lessons with cheap hotels. Must pay that bit extra.
  10. There was a blonde girl in a blue dress who was sitting at one of the drawing tables for quite a while. Extremely beautiful, and judging by her drawing skills, extremely talented! Was trying to muster up the courage to sit next to her and join in, except for the fact I can barely draw a stickman and I'd look like a twit.
  11. Thanks for the quick responses. Just out of curiosity, what time do queues begin to form for the event?
  12. Hi guys, To anyone who's been before and bought tickets on the day, what should I expect? I mean, considering it opens at 9am if I get there at eight will I be queueing for hours? Will I even be able to get a tickeT?
