"Official" party vs "Unofficial" party...
Boltrig replied to Reverend Scapegoat's topic in Collectormania Glasgow
Well you dont want massive massive number kicking in a quid or 2 each or it gets too hard to keep tabs on. All depends on the amount that would need to be generated. Id say split it over anywhere between 5-10 people. -

Well its worth a mention to the organisers; not only does the DJ need to get paid this time, a wee bit extra for prizes to be purchassed during the day wouldnt go amiss. -

If getting official status is going to be an issue then theres not a lot of choice, but id think that an official afterparty is definetly the way to go. It might put potential partygo-ers off if the party is just a party in a random bar in town. If its got a connection to the event it might reassure folk. -

Use photobucket or something similar. You can only seem to upload pics/avatars with direct links. Damn beaten to it! I just figured out my avatar. Just use the part of the control panel that lets you use a file from another location. Mine is my avatar from another forum. Piece of cake! -
Mines got me the day off work tomorrow... :)
