  6. Hi there, I've just pinned a topic with the hotel code and link at the top of the forum. I will also have all this info put onto the website in the next day or so. Thanks for bearing with us. Take care, Mark
  7. Hi there, The hotel booking code for ET9 is GFSTW. If you follow the below link then it will take you to our personalised page with Hilton and you can book online there. http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/B/BHXMETW-GFSTW-20130215/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG Thanks Mark
  8. **** SPOILERS **** SPOILERS **** SPOILERS **** SPOILERS **** SPOILERS **** SPOILERS **** Hi ya, So who has seen Breaking Dawn Part 2 already? ( I imagine quite a few of you)! I actually thought it was really good with some great new characters too! As someone who hasn't read the book I also enjoyed the major shock towards the end! As this is the first post, and even though I have stated there could be spoilers in the thread, I won't say exactly what it was, but I am sure you all know what part I mean! Lol! Anyway, did it live up to what you hoped for for the last film in the series? I hope so! I really liked the end credits with everyone in them having a full screen credit to themselves. It felt very respectful of the work that they had done and I thought was a nice thank you from the film makers. Mark
  9. This actually is a really good idea! :-) However, it would breach copyright laws and so we would need to see if it was possible to arrange something with E1. They have always been very helpful in the past and so once we get away from them being so busy with promoting BD2 I will ask them and see what they say! :-) Mark :-)
  10. Hi everyone, Sorry, I have literally only just noticed that the guests we announced at ET8 have not been put up on the website or announced in the forum! Sigh!!!!! They are all confirmed and I will have their announcements done! :-) I saw the film last week too and there are loads of great new guests we can go for! Am working on them as we speak so hopefully have some more guest announcements for you very soon. Please tell as many people as you can and lets make ET9 as good as the last film was! (Which, by the way, I thought was excellent)! Thanks Mark
  11. Hi there, Unfortunately, as you may already be aware, Return to Middle Earth has had to be cancelled. All tickets, including postage, will be automatically refunded in full back onto the cards that were used to purchase them. Please bear with us as this will take a few days to process and then it also takes a few days to appear on your card once we have processed the refund. Should we have any issues making a refund you will be contacted individually by phone or e-mail. Please accept our apologies for the cancellation. It did look like we were going to be able to run something with some of the cast of The Hobbit on the weekend of 15th/16th December, however due to guest unavailability that will not now be possible. Instead, we will, with the co-operation of the people making The Hobbit and responsible for The Lord of the Rings, be running a new event in March/April of 2013. We will have more news on this very soon and it should be an amazing event both in terms of guests and things to do and see at the event, since we have the co-operation of the people making the movie! We had been asked not to run something before the release of the new Hobbit film, and we had hoped to then be able to do something upon it's release. Although that has not proved possible we are very excited about the future of the event with the new contacts we have and their enthusiasm for providing something amazing for the fans! For now though, rather than give people the option of moving tickets across from RTME to the new event we feel it is best to refund everyone and then when we have details of the new event everyone will be able to decide then whether they would like to book. As a token of our appreciation for those of you who booked tickets for RTME, and also by way of apology for the fact that it is no longer taking place, we will be providing something special for you for this new event. When we have more details on the event we will e-mail you individually with what we can do for you should you wish to attend. Jason and I both appreciate your support and can promise that we will look after you on this. Once again, I am sorry that RTME has been cancelled and for any inconvenience caused. You do not need to contact us to request a refund as that will be done automatically, however, if you have any other specific enquiries then please do e-mail us on info@collectormania.com. Thank you and take care, Mark & Jason
  12. Hi everyone, Just to let you know that I have clarified this with Corin and he will definitely be attending Chevron 8.0 as announced. Corin is great guy who we have enjoyed working with on numerous occasions and I can honestly say that we love having him to the events and I am really looking forward to seeing him again! Roll on the end of May 2013! Mark
  13. Hi there, Sorry that everyone has been kept waiting. I wanted to come and give you what information I can at this moment with more to come as I get it. For now though, I understand your concerns and you are quite right to have them, and so I wanted to tell you what I could as of now. We have been asked not to run anything before the release of The Hobbit and so unfortunately we will not be running Return to Middle Earth on 23rd to 25th November 2012. However, an amazing opportunity has come from this and we have been asked to run something to tie in with the release of The Hobbit during the weekend of 15th / 16th December, right after the Premier in London! Obviously we want to ensure a long working relationship with the people responsible for what we hope will be 3 years of amazing Middle Earth films and I can assure you all that in the long run this is in the best interests of LOTR fandom and everyone who has supported RTME will be remembered. I can’t say any more on what this event will be or how it will work until I have a few more things put in place, but as soon as I can I will. For now, with regards to your tickets for RTME you will have several choices : 1). Should we be able to run an event on 15th/16th December you will be able to transfer your ticket to that. We will also ensure that the ticket you transfer to will be of a higher value than that you have already purchased by way of a thank you and acknowledgment of the patience and support you have shown us. (Full details of this will be provided once we know more about what is happening ourselves). 2). At any time you can have a full refund of the tickets you have purchased for RTME. That means you can have it now or when we know what is happening with the potential December event should you not wish to transfer to it. I want to be very clear that no one will lose the money that they have spent on tickets to RTME. You will either be able to transfer to this other potential event or have a full refund, and the choice will be completely yours. All I will say is that if you can bear with us for another few days we hope to be able to give you the full details of what we are looking at in December and then you will be able to make the best decision for yourselves. I understand that it is frustrating and I apologies for not getting back to you quicker on this. We had hoped to have more information on the December event by now so we could let you know everything all at once. Obviously we are still waiting on that and it is not fair to continue to say nothing to you. I hope that you can accept our apologies and will bear with us just a little longer for what we hope will be some very exciting news. Above all that though, I want to assure you all again that no one will lose their ticket money for RTME no matter what happens. Thank you for your patience and support and I will be back with more information as soon as I can, hopefully within the next day or two. Take care, Mark and Jason
  14. Sorry, but I haven't quite managed to get everything in place I need to today. Still trying but looks like it will be tomorrow now, (Thursday), when I can give you a bit more news about what is happening! Thanks for bearing with me and I think it is something that you will like. Take care, Mark :-)
  15. Hi everyone, Sorry that we have not been back to you about this event sooner! We actually have some things that are changing and we will be able to give you a full update tomorrow. I would love to be able to say more but just need to finalise a few things first. If you can just bare with us until tomorrow we hope that you will like what we have to say. In the meantime, please hold tight. Thank you SO much for your patience and support. Take care, Mark
  16. Hi there, Tickets for Chevron 8.0 will be on sale by the end of today! Gold tickets are already almost two thirds sold out and I know there have been quite a few enquiries about purchasing as soon as they are available online so please do bear that in mind if wanting gold. There are only 150 gold tickets and we will not be adding anymore as to do so would make the drinks reception too overcrowded as just one reason!! Thanks Mark
  17. If J brings it with him we will certainly show it. Maybe in one of his talks or we will find somewhere else for it! Mark
  18. Hi everyone, I am very sorry to have to announce that Sean Maher will not be able to make Hallowhedon due to work commitments! Obviously this is the second year in a row that he has had to pull out at the last minute and whilst I know we are all pleased he is still working and doing well in the industry I also understand that it is a disappointment to you as it is to us! We are so close to the event now that although I have tried last night to find a replacement it does not look like I will be able to at such short notice. We will therefore be offering some extra things at the show for free and whilst we know that will not be able to make up for the loss of Sean we do hope that you will enjoy them none-the-less! Thank you so much for supporting us and your understanding! We still have a great weekend ahead of us with much fun to be had with J, Nick and Kristine! Take care, Mark
  19. Just posted all this information in a pinned topic at the top of the forum. Hope it helps! Mark
  20. Yes, we will still be auctioning off dinner with the guests on Saturday evening! It will take place after the drinks reception, leaving the hotel at just after 7.30pm! Mark
  21. Hi everyone! I just thought it might be helpful to let you know prices for extra autographs and photo sessions at ET8 so that you could work out what you want to get. They are as follows : Peter Facinelli - £15 auto / £15 photo Alex Meraz - £10 auto / £10 photo Tyson Houseman - £10 auto / £10 photo Daniel Cudmore - £10 auto / £10 photo Kiowa Gordon - £10 auto / £10 photo Gil Birmingham - £10 auto / £10 photo Justin Chon - £10 auto / £10 photo Group Photo Shoot - £45 (All 7 guests and you)! 22. The group photo is not included in any package and will be available to purchase at the registration desk from Friday at 2pm. They are limited due to time constraints so if you are after one please do purchase as soon as you can at the show. The photo will include all 7 guests and of course, you! It will be priced at £45. It is definitely an amazing way to commemorate the weekend and we are pleased we have found time in the schedule to include it. Thanks Mark
  23. Hi Everyone, we are very excited about the event this weekend and we have now finalised our schedule! Look forward to seeing you all at the weekend! Massive Events
  24. Hi all, Just to let you know that we are not aware of any problems with Peter's appearance at ET8! He will be filming Nurse Jackie either side of the event, and this does mean that he will miss Friday night, but he will be with us on Saturday and Sunday! (Gold pass drinks reception will be on Saturday night rather than Friday so Peter can attend)! :-) Peter really wants to see you all and has gone out of his way to make sure he does, even though it means literally walking off set, getting on a plane, doing the event, getting back on a plane and then straight back to work again! Those of you who have met him before will know what a top guy he is and those who haven't are about to find out! Thanks everyone. Look forward to seeing you in a few days. Mark
  25. they really want that extra booking fee from me dont they It was posted in advance that tickets could only be added until midnight of September 26. So there was a warning. http://showmasterson...showtopic=77991 I've enquired if the ticket sending date is the reason why this message pops up, will update when I hear back. See Tickets are looking into this and it should be fixed soon. It's obviously not doing it for everyone as people have been buying photo shoot tickets today, but as I say, See Tickets should have it fixed for everyone very soon. You certainly still can buy photo shoot tickets even though tickets already ordered should be on their way to you soon. It will just incur another booking fee. Thanks for bearing with us. Mark
