Prob the only time I actually want money to go out of my account! lol @ Nell - I used a debit card, its fine. maybe the tickets are reserved for us incase we cancel I think its just in case they don't take the funds from our accounts and then we wouldnt have paid for them, so the email isn't a guarentee of the tickets. Only our payment for them is. Thats my understanding of how they work it.

Hi, This isn't ticket related but I do need some help. How do we get from the tube station to earls court two? We haven't been there before, and don't want to waste valuable queuing time just trying to find the right venue! PS I did check the FAQ but couldn't find it there!

I thought that Photo shoot tickets were being sent out before the event, which does make them different to the normal VT's which may explain some of the confusion.
