  1. I think it should be valid straight away. Did you check you def entered the code right? The other thing to do is there's a page where you can check the value on the voucher, it might be worth doing that and if it doesn't show/anything then you might need to message them again and let them know, if it does show the amount then I'd say the voucher is active and working. You can check the balance here https://giftup.app/place-order/5faf68d5-c327-449a-82aa-8c076c4bf51a?platform=Hosted
  2. Technically it could still be correct depending on when the ticket was purchased as I think changes in terms of a contract cannot be imposed without both parties agreeing to the change - the customer needs to be officially informed that terms are changing and if they don't agree to the new terms their tickets need to be refunded. This is why Google/Facebook/Ebay ect are always emailing about changes and you are deemed to have accepted if you continue to use the service. As we weren't informed about the changes in the terms, I guess anyone who has a ticket that predates the new T&C's would have a good arguement .....
  3. There were actually a couple that took place this weekend, though they were much, much smaller than LFCC.
  4. Yeah, if you hover your curser over them it shows your rank.
  5. I don't unfortunately but it shouldn't be long. I doubt Sunday is going to sell out quickly though - they are able to sell full capacity and we are months out. Unless they announce Megahugemoviestar it's very unlikely there will be a sudden rush on them.
  6. They are reconfirming the guests via face book but I guess so. It'd be much easier for us if they could split them down into a reconfirmed/unconfirmed sections though
  7. I think it's just really slow and it might pay to wait a little longer. But that email is the main point of contact.
  8. Email them and ask when he's been reconfirmed
  9. Showmasters are only offering credit for refunds at the moment but as you have done a pre order it might be slightly different. Does your receipt have any terms on it and if so what does it say there or on the pre orders site? It might be one you have to email them directly and ask about I'm afraid. Previously as with photo tickets, if a guest cancelled all pre ordered stuff would be cash refunded, now, I have no idea I'm afraid.
  10. Obviously this is slightly irrelevant now, but at a guess the site wasn't and still isn't updated as they knew there was a high chance they might have to postpone
  11. 2) yes, tickets bought for postponed events will be valid so your DP will be valid in Nov for the correcponding day you bought it for 3) What Mayhem said for 1, email SM and say you need your Friday entry swapped to Sunday and they will either do it, or tell you to buy Sunday and they will refund you Friday, but check with them
  12. It sounds like it, but you do need to email them and request it
  13. As far as I have seen there hasn't been mention of any deadline for voucher requests. With Clark though obviously we have to wait and see what event he can do but as Nov is now the main con of the year they will try and get as many back for that as they can I guess.
  14. They are only offering credit which will be valid for 2 years, and then if you haven't used it they will give you the cash back
  15. Indeed. Showmasters did have the date booked first as Winter was obviously originally booked for then a while ago, and it was the others who announced second. Unfortunately there will be clashes as I think there's a 3way one the weekend before for Destination Star Trek as well.
  16. I don't think you will get an official answer here so we can only wait and see if they add more into the shop shop@showmastersevents.com
  17. I'm not sure the shop is fully updated yet so there's hope - the header says Nov but the dates on the tickets themselves say they go off sale in July, so I'm not sure they have reset yet.
  18. I believe so, if you don't use the credit notes you will get your money back when they expire (I think)
  19. All I can say is that I think they are going to be inundated for a good while now especially as it's clashing with another big event so the volume of emails they get are going to be even higher as people try and sort their schedules out. I'd say the good thing is though that there's a lot more time to sort this out for you now. Technically your Robert ticket has rolled over if he attends. If they put more entry on you can buy one and be OK, and if not you will have to ask for credit for your Robert tickets. Hopefully they will update the site to the new dates and info soon and we will know one way or another
  20. I read it the same - tickets roll over and you can apply for credit if you can't go, and the credit will be valid for 2 years.
