Nick Frost Photo Shoot Question
Too Tall replied to luke98sfc's topic in London Film & Comic Con Spring 2016
Yes you will need to wait for the schedule to know for sure. He is likely to have 2 shoots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Will the afternoon one be before 3pm, I can't say. If you do buy a ticket and it is after 3pm, talk to the crew at the event and they'll do their best to get you through in the morning, no guarantees though. -
As others have said contact me at crew@showmasterevents.com

Guest Cancellation Emily Kinney
Too Tall replied to Too Tall's topic in London Film & Comic Con Spring 2016
Me too, it's the issue with having working actors as guests. -
Due to her filming commitments this month, Emily Kinney, will unfortunately no longer be able to come to the UK. We hope to work with her on another occasion. Refunds for photoshoot will be made shortly.

If they don't have a photo price it means they aren't having a professional photo shoot. We can never guarantee over the desks photos, if a guest doesn't have a sign up specifically asking not to have them, ask the crew who will be able to tell you.

That's right, you go to the guests signing area where there will be a crew member handing out the tickets. Not all guests run on the VT system but Charles previously has so I would be going with that expectation. Charles will 100% be on VTs.

Latest Comic Guest Announcement - TIMOTHY ZAHN
Too Tall replied to showmasters's topic in London Film & Comic Con Spring 2016
Timothy will be signing autographs in the guest signing area for £10 each. -
The show is now far too big to go back to the Centre. This was true even before they made it about 15% smaller by moving some of the shops forward into that space. There is no way we could run our event there now.

email shop@showmastersevents.com and we can sort that out. I'm sure I've got the right answer but want to make sure: If I purchase a standard 4-day entry ticket and somewhere along the line I wish to upgrade to a gold ticket (if any are available), do I contact you via this email address to arrange the upgrade and pay the difference? Many thanks. As long as there are gold passes available at the time then yes that's how you do it.

I've added it here.. http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=91170 Which is a pinned thread.

I hope this helps. It's what we did last year, with a few tweets... Photo shoots queueing: First the Groups will be called. Plat groups, the Gold Groups, then Silver Groups. They may NOT be called in alphabetical order. For example, for one shoot Gold might be called F, H, D, because it makes sense to do so to avoid a clash with another shoot. Then the Batches will be called 1, 2, 3, 4.... Autographs queueing: In the morning we will first call Platinum 1 to 50, 1 to 100 and so on. Then Gold 1 to 50, 1 to 100 and so on. This is purely to manage the queues so that we don't have 400 people all try and join a single queue. As usual you can join the back of the queue at any time AFTER your ticket has been called. Then Virtual Queue tickets will be called. These maybe start being called earlier if the queue is becoming empty. If at anytime you have an issue and you believe something is wrong, please talk to a senior crew member in RED (a Pit Boss). Talks queueing: We will call you in by package type. We will do our best to call packages in groups of 50 as we do at ME events. Then other ticket holders.

SHERLOCKED: The Official Sherlock Convention returns to the ExCeL in London this September, providing fans of the show with a weekend to once again celebrate all things Sherlock, and this time with a touch of the Victorian about it. Going back to its roots, the Sherlock Special has given us a glimpse at what might have been for our heroes had they been the Holmes and Watson as originally written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. SHERLOCKED will be recognising this with some exclusive sets, as well as providing the talent from behind the scenes who will talk about the transformation from modern back to Victorian times. The first SHERLOCKED event was a great success, the first of its kind in the world, and now we are building on that to give you a second event that will be even better. http://sherlocked.com/ Tickets: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/sherlocked-the-official-sherlock-convention-2016-tickets-20785623359 I hope this helps. This can't be done this year. Quote from the shop... " (Please note that YALC ticket holders will not be able to access the rest of the show until 5pm on Thursday and 10.00am Friday - Sunday)"
