I was quite surprised I managed to meet James after I'd heard that there was some problems on the Sunday... was a bit annoyed with the not personalising autos but then I guess they wanted to get through everyone... Kali was a darling to meet and hope to see her again some day! and as for stewards, everyone I came across was nice and friendly :)
