i was hoping someone would point this out.there should be a way of handing out photos ,yes i know there are thousands but,i hate grubby hands,fingers on photos and they certainly aint cheap!! and probably a lot around the tables were shoppers!!mauling peoples photos(sorry its a pet hate!!0 couldnt agree with you more Gem Mine was also very grubby. I find it amusing that you need a ticket to claim your photo... I'm in it!!! Surely thats proof enough!!

I spoke to Hattie on Saturday and she is interested.... she had no idea it was happening., I gave her a leaflet so she is aware of the dates, but she still said she was interested. Maybe she was hoping to make it for an afternoon or an everning somewhere? Fingers crossed!!!

For me it would have to be a toss up between James Marsters and Hattie Hayridge. Hattie was lovely and chatty, and didn't rush at all. James was utterly charming... I got 2 darlin's and a sweetheart The no personalizations thing was a bit of a bummer, but I got to have a chat with him about why he enjoys doing these things, and that 3 minute chat is worth a lot more than him writing my name. Both utterly lovely and professional people that I would happily pay to meet again.

Thats what I thought, But she said she was interested!! They're in Colchester on the 19th and Preston on the 21st... maybe she was thinking she could squeeze a day in somewhere!

Could not agree more, its like a lego town. Horrid horrid horrid!!! I have voted excellent though..... Only went for 3 guests.. Lea, James and Hattie, but met all three easily. Queues were all fairly short (and these were all at lunchtime ish), photo-shoots were easy to find and EXTREMELY well organised. eMy only niggle is the shopping centre location. In the G-mex at Manchester everyone in the bulding is there for the sole purpose of collectormania, whereas at MK the random people wandering around made it very very busy.. alot of the stalls I simply couldn't get to. having said that, I guess Showmasters make more money that way. I must say a huge thank you to the crew, absolutely everyone I spoke or asked questions to were friendly, helpful and on that wonderful side of a bit crazy!!

Picked up a leaflet from C13 and the prices on there are totally different to what we've been quoted on here... the leaflet states £78 for general admission and £178 ( I think) for the gold, and details for a silver mission.... is that all changed? Also had a chat with Hattie Hayridge, and she had no idea BTL was happening.. so I passed her a leaflet Give her a call organisers, shes interested!!!! xx

If you ask at the organisers desk/ the guys at the point where you had the shoot, they will void you a ticket and let you have it back. I got mine back yesterday and at Manchester. Although I realised this morning that they've spelt James Marsters' name wrong!!! xx

Surely its better to have to leave at 5am to get there in time to get a VT, even if it was unnecessarily early, than to leave at 9am and have a wasted journey? The mods are just trying to advise you realistically on what you need to do to meet him.I'm sure you'd be pretty p***ed off if they told you 12noon was early enough and all the VTs went by 10. From the sounds of it, John Barrowman is likely to come to another collectormania so hopefully, he'll come to one a bit nearer to you next time. Showmasters can't please everyone all of the time unfortunately!!

Think yourself lucky I have to duck to get through door ways My Mum have to have her home doorways altered.. my 7'2" Brothers couldn't fit through... I think I got off lightly!!

I've met more than a couple of women that tall. They always seem to like standing next to me. They usually say it makes them feel more petite and feminine. My 5'6" fiancee is always telling me that too I like hanging aroud with tall people... I'm 5'7" and all my other friends are 5 foot nothing... tall people mean I don't have to duck in photos!!!

7AM should be fine. I got there about 7:30AM the last time for James, and I got number 0029. The only thing you'd need to do is queue twice. Stephen THAT early?! I wasn't planning on going down till half 8 ish... I can stay till 6ish so I figured I'd be alright I am not a morning person!!! The sacrifices we make, eh??!!
