I’m also from Ireland, so I understand your concern. The company follows the latest government advice, along with Public Health England’s advice. In the unlikely event, they require that events of this size no longer go ahead come November, it’ll be relayed via social media, forums and ticket holders will be notified. Showmasters’ current T&Cs allow for credit vouchers for postponements & guest cancellations, not cash refunds. As you’re probably aware, we did sell out of Saturday & weekend tickets, so it’s very likely we will sell out for November too.

Hey, Jack. Robert is currently scheduled to be in makeup and costume on Saturday for his photoshoots. We are not going to be able to confirm the restrictions until closer to the time, in order to ensure it’s based on the most current Public Health and governmental guidelines and restrictions. Follow London Film and Comic Con on Facebook to ensure you see the information regarding the requirements for the event.

Showmasters cannot make a decision on the specific restrictions until closer to the time, however, trust that it will be done with safety at the front of the mind of the organisers, and in line with governmental restrictions and Public Health Advice. Keep an eye on social media to be kept up-to-date with the requirements.
