Right on! I have no idea if this is a phase I'm going through or whether I'll still be in love with middle earth in 5 years or so. But at the moment I don't care because its what I like and helping me grow as a person. LotR is like part of me that I will always remember because its taken up so much of my life so far! I don't care if people say I'm a geek or sad for being a fan because I love it! Man I'm just so glad that I can talk to people about LotR on forums and stuff and know that they like it as much as me! Cheers you guys!

Omg that is so bloody wicked. Whats even more good, is the fact that for my Art A level, I'm using this guy Peter Blake who did work on his idols - The Beatles - so i decided to do mine on my idols - The Hobbits!!! Then something like Abbey Road goes and happens and completely helps my art along!!! Yay!!

Well by not going into so much detail as Fadagaski, I have no clue whatsoever why we are fans. Seriously, I was a big fan of Star Wars (still am but I was only a massive fan for a short period so I didn't find out too much about it). Then I became a huge Harry Potter fan (had my own Harry Potter Halloween party and all). Then my best mate introduced me to the world of Middle Earth and I haven't looked back since. The world that Tolkien made completely took my breath away and it was emphasized by Peter Jackson brilliant insite (Btw Happy Birthday PJ!). I've been a fan of Tolkiens and Jackson's work now for the past 3 years. But why am I?!?! I don't think my admiration for Star Wars and Harry Potter could ever compete with my love for LotR! I just think I love fantasy films in general - but come on LotR Rules!!!

Well when I went to PotC premiere and Orlando was there, he was extremly kind and made an effort to sign everyones. I'm sure teh rest of the LotR's cast are the same and since its the one of the premieres of the last film, I am sure they will want to make all the fans happy.
