  1. Not a crewmember or an attendee but the Galloway Fudge Company certainly wowed me. Amazing. I bought loads of the stuff so thought they deserved a special mention. Nice people too.
  2. Agreed. Watching him work was amazing. His pen didn't stop for a second yet it seemed so effortless. The end results were amazing. I have already framed my sketch. Just need to find a place on the wall now.
  3. I don't think this would be too hard to fix on photoshop. I'd wait until the digital files go on sale on the showmasters site and then try editing them and take them to be printed out. Would be better quality then scanning these pics in to edit. It's a pain in the bum and means spending a bit more money but you'd get a better result.
  4. Rutger seemed like a really nice guy. I had two autographs off him, one I was picking up for a friend. The only problem I had was that on the auto for my friend (which was on a close up headshot of him) he signed over his own forehead and chin. I thought I should've asked him to sign it at the bottom in silver but who am I to tell Rutger Hauer what to do? Made me laugh though. I almost want to keep it for myself.
  5. I have to say a big well done to Showmasters for getting these two comic legends together. Wagner was an absolute gent and really chatty while Ezquerra was knocking out brilliant sketches all day long. This meant having to queue a bit longer to meet him but I was more than happy with the two sketches I had off him. The photo option with the pair of them and the lawmaster from the 2012 Dredd film was a nice touch and their talk was really interesting. Great to meet two guys who shaped my early teens with their fantastic comics.
  6. I was in the queue when you asked him to do that sketch. My mate and I wondered how that turned out.
  7. Jon Heder was an extremely nice and funny guy. Stood chatting to him for quite a while on Friday after he had a bizarre encounter with a young lad who was in front of my girlfriend and I in the queue. The kid just stood there silently for ages and when Jon started to try and talk to him he just nodded his head before showing him (and us) a random picture of a cat on his phone and walking off. I'd probably put Jon up there with Robert Englund as one of my favourite all time meets. Seemed like a genuinely decent chap who was enjoying the event as much as the fans and was just a pleasure to talk to.
  8. Thanks a lot. I think I pretty much clicked the 'complete order' button right as the time ran out. I have to blame the girlfriend on this one as I had to keep asking for her details so I could buy her tickets along with mine. She wasn't too pleased that I couldn't remember her date of birth 😆
  9. I purchased some photo shoots but as I was about to complete my order I was told it had timed out (having to put other people's details in is a tad time consuming) and I'd need to re-order them. So I went through the process again and this time I was successful but I then received two confirmation emails and now have two separate orders for my photo shoots. I checked my bank and I have indeed been charged for the first failed order (which it turns out was actually successful) and my second attempt. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I go about getting my money back for the first 'failed' order?
  10. Cast of Babylon 5 Bruce Boxleitner Mira Furlan Claudia Christian Bill Mumy Peter Jurasik Andrea Thompson Cast of V Marc Singer Michael Ironside Faye Grant Robert Englund Blair Tefkin David Packer Frank Ashmore Jane Badler
  11. How about the cast of Saved By The Bell... Mark-Paul Gosselaar Tiffani-Amber Thiessen Elizabeth Berkley Mario Lopez Lark Voorhies Dennis Haskins Not Dustin Diamond though. I wouldn't want to get knifed by Screech. That would be embarrassing.
  12. I'd love to see Peter Weller, Kurtwood Smith, Nancy Allen, Ray Wise, Ronny Cox and Miguel Ferrer but do I have to wait until 2017 for the Robocop 30th anniversary?
  13. I can't seem to find the Jeremy Bulloch costume shoot for Saturday. Was there even a costume shoot for him on Saturday? I'm beginning to doubt myself now but I definitely had a pic with him.
  14. After seeing the results of the girlfriends Robert Englund makeup shoot (I'm still kicking myself for not getting a diamond pass myself) I'd quite like to see a Doug Bradley 'Pinhead' makeup shoot or even a Tim Curry 'Pennywise' shoot. That would be smashing. Or just Tim Curry without makeup. He's a legend. Other than that I'd like to see Marc Singer, Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. (Not sure if they've been before as this year was my first LFCC. Oh and I'd also sell my house for the chance to meet Michelle Pfeiffer.
  15. James Tolkan, Sherilyn Fenn and Carrie Henn for me. Late on Sunday I bought a really nice Aliens print with Newt in the water and the Alien rising behind her. After rushing through to get my Mrs to her Robert Englund diamond shoot I forgot all about it and I missed the chance to get it signed. Gutted.
  16. Hey everyone. I'm Dave, 34 from Tamworth. LFCC was my first proper comic con and it blew my mind. Was great being surrounded by some genuinely nice people who are into all the same kinds of (crap as my Dad would put it) stuff as me. Still strange to think I've met some of my cinematic and TV heroes. Sigourney Weaver, Bill Paxton and Robert Englund to name a few. Oh and Sylvester McCoy who's just the nicest guy ever. Hopefully this will be the first of many cons for me and I guess I'll see you all around the forum. Cheers.
