Can anyone confirm if there will be another batch of photo shoots or is that it now, as I understand the shop sometimes needs updating? *hopes*- 90 replies

Thanks for your post QS, although I don't think you needed to explain yourself personally! Now, back to MJF -

Yes, very energetic! He's lovely x -
The Good: The registration process was very easy. We had to pick up a gold and regular weekend pass, but a bloke was very helpful and we managed to pick up both passes without having to queue twice. I managed to get to my photo ops in very good time, and the crew manning the queues were in very good spirits, and hats off to them. It must be exhausting to repeat yourself constantly and still have people ignore you. All the guests were amazing! The Bad: For some reason, a red shirt told me that I could NOT line up with my OH who was in his regular weekend queue when waiting to go inside on the Saturday. Whilst I understand why he couldn't queue with me in the gold line, I don't understand why I couldn't join him, it made it unessecarily difficult and we lost each other once inside. The gold package pick up point was easy to find, however like a previous poster the 'exclusive badge' was absolutely misleading. I also asked what time the pre-signed autographs would be available just so I wouldn't miss them, and a red shirt told me to "stop coming back, they'll be ready when they're ready" I only went to the desk once?! Also, I never managed to get Louise Brealeys autograph; I was constantly told the line was closed, and to come back later. When I did come back later the line was closed again and was told by a crew member that it didn't matter if I had VQ ticket or not, and it didn't matter if I had a gold pass, and that I shouldn't come back because there's no point. Maybe it was my bad timing, and the girl I spoke to on Sunday was very nice, however the red shirt I encountered on Saturday was very rude, and told me that the allocated time for gold passed had been scrapped? Also, last thing (promise) and not generally a whinge, but what happened to the allocated photo shoots on our lanyard things? A lot of them were misprinted. For example my 'crew' photo should have been on Sunday but was printed for Saturday etc

not being rude to you, but I have done a favour for some friends (not in good books at moment, and probably over now....) and have been left in a crap situation......yes no one forced me to buy them, but as a genuine attendee, who has been to over 30 shows at least, then I would like it if something could be done..........put yourself in the position of genuine people like others and I who are trying to return tickets which are unwanted now......its no difference to showmasters.....they will still sell them, and then they will be able to sell them to people who need them (as people keep blabbing on about fans who have been unable to get tickets)...I of course would pay an admin fee for all of this.... Whilst I understand where you're coming from; you're tenure as a attendee will have no sway on how things like this will be handled. Tickets are purchased with the understanding these are non refundable unless said guest can no longer attend. QS did post earlier that SM may implement a system to return tickets, but this is not guaranteed, and not something that is currently in place. Unfortunately, genuine customer or not, the T&Cs etc. will apply to everyone in exactly the same manner. -

Without this coming across rude I still don't get why people would pay for tickets if there is a possibility that they can't be used. For example, I wouldn't in good faith buy my friends tickets without getting the money first. It clearly states in T&Cs no refunds, and this has also been reiterated again and again by showmasters and its moderators. It's not SM fault you are out of pocket. They didn't force your hand to buy the tickets. -
Great photos :) a lot of mine are very dark unfortunately so not uploaded them

That particular eBayer has 5 available. It should be reported and removed because a winning bidder cannot use it -
Oh that's what I thought QS but I was told o couldn't wait in his line either. Ah well, it's done with now :)
