  1. I watched my daughters photoshoot with TJ. She was so excited, and he commented on her scarf, which had bones on it. A hug before and after the shoot and she came out grinning from ear to ear. She then queued for autograph, and he recognised her, chatting away and telling her he would love to visit Scotland. Two hugs and a kiss on the cheek later, she came back with promo gift pack including bug and band. She didn't stop smiling all night. Photo signed, to Sweet Emma, lovely to meet you, all the best TJ. I was a Bones fan before, but now a massive TJ fan too. What a lovely guy, so sweet and chatty and genuinely looked happy to be there meeting fans.
  2. My first time at film and comic convention, and due to time constraints (trip to London already planned before I discovered LFCC) could only manage the Friday preview. Youngest daughter got Stan Lee photoshoot as a birthday gift and eldest had, photoshoot with T j Thyne. Saw Mark from A1 in Stan Lee queue chatting to fans. Only there for two and a half hours but had time to wander about the stalls in between queuing. Definitely planning a return visit and for longer next time! Huge thank you to Showmasters and to Wookie for making that hour in the Stan Lee queue fly by. See you next time. :-)
  3. My daughter had photoshoot with T J Thyne, and he commented on her scarf. He was lovely, hugging everyone when they approached for photos. She took photo for signing, he recognised her and wrote ' to sweet Emma, lovely to meet you, all the best, TJ.' Two more hugs and a kiss on the cheek later she came back beaming. Worth the trip for that alone.
  4. Thank you Silver Lining. We are newbies too, in same position as you. Got prepaid tickets for Friday preview and Stan Lee photo shoot for younger daughter, and TJ Thyne photoshoot for elder daughter. Got a bit confused with VTs, but now am guessing we go into EC2, then join photo queues at allocated times. Now we just have to get ourselves there on Friday.:-)
  5. I'm still thinking about madame tussauds on the friday afternoon for the marvel stuff. Is there much to see? Think train arrives at Kings Cross at ten to three, so not much time to get to our hotel and back to LFCC on the Friday, but I could take the girls over the weekend if it was worth a visit.:-) I've never been, but there probably is. I ended up getting a ticket to see wicked as I've always wanted to see a show in London and hear it's very good I am obsessed with Wicked. Go every year with my daughter. If you go this year, you get to see one of the most amazing leading ladies in musical theatre in the role of Elphaba! We are planning to go to a show on the Sunday, but going to book on the Saturday at ticket booths so who knows what we will end up seeing? Girls fancy Matilda - eldest is a huge Tim Minchin fan.:-)
  6. We are at Jurys Inn in Watford, twenty minutes on train, but original plan was Warner Bros studio visit. Really good rates for long weekend.:-)

  8. Travelling down from Fife in Scotland on the Friday. Original plan was to do bit of sightseeing in London then Warner Bros Harry Potter tour on the Monday as part of daughters birthday present. Then saw Lfcc, she is a huge Marvel/Dr Who fan, so now we are coming on the Friday, and as a further birthday present she gets to meet Stan Lee too. Now I am just as excited as she is, cos some of the cast of Heroes are going to be there too, although bit disappointed that Giancarlo Esposito has cancelled. :-(
