I have a photo shoot with Ming-Na at 11:00 on Saturday Batch 1, I also have an extra help email as am in a wheelchair, will the crew let me in a few minutes early so I can get to the shoot on time? It's difficult navigating the crowds in a wheelchair so I may be late otherwise, I know there's a second shoot later in the day but I'm not sure I can stay that late due to care, especially if it's running late. I'm also attending Sunday so would it be better to see if the sales department will swap my ticket to then?

I usually use Birmingham International as there are disabled bays right by the entrance, the walk is probably the same distance as from the NEC car park but at least it's under cover so I don't freeze in my cosplay

Really hope they will have props outside too like they used to do at Earl's court, should be room at the NEC, it' was nice to take a break from the crowds and go outside with the transformers

There seemed to be a lot of people taking photos and video, some were probably press and Guinness people but I was wondering where showmasters will post things as the DST social media is pretty poor.

Staff were helpful, guests brilliant, organisation wasn't great at the Enterprise stage the first two days but today seemed better with less delay. I was very disappointed in the lack of stalls, there were barely any props either and the museum was far smaller than last time. Overall I had a good weekend and enjoyed it but I think a lot of that was due to the other people attending being so nice and nobody letting disappointment show, overall it felt like someone had suddenly realised it was the 50th anniversary and rushed to get something done.

Show your photo ticket to a member of staff and they should rush you through, I've been let in early before when my photo shoot was early on other showmaster events

So are a Star Trek science top and wig enough? Limited on what I can wear by the wheelchair

It's all looking good for me but I only booked 2 photo shoots and made them different days, I've learned from the past and also as it's fairly local can go for all 3 days which makes things much easier, hopefully Wil is still in a good mood on Sunday afternoon

There seem to be a lot of paid talks this time, I hope there are as many free ones as last time too
