I’m of the opinion that both of you are being fairly greedy expecting more. Both space and war fans should already be equally satisfied. So arguing like this is all a bit silly. I’m sure Dave won’t let either of you down at future shows. But please don’t embarrass yourselves with this self indulgent nonsense. The remaining guests I believe should come from other fields. At the very least to give others a chance to meet their chosen hero’s too.

I think its horses for courses. I think the Space line up is immensely strong. I’m not so sure about the 70’s shows, or packing the room full of enough solders to have a new world war – but I’m sure somebody would say the complete opposite. But if the Terry Nation thing is ‘additional’ to the usual Autographica, we still have a fair number of prime seats left to fill. I’m thinking some serious top movie guestage.

So forgive me for wanting more clarification. Does this mean we get the usual number of ‘Autographica’ standard guests, AND these ‘Terry Nation’ folk are additional? Or are these guests now part of our usual allocation?. To me this whole ‘Terry Nation’ idea, is kinda cheapening the event up a little bit.

May I ask what happened to Susan George?. I’m sure when she cancelled last time; we’d lined her up for this one? Is she filming, or is there some other problem. Can somebody give us any clues?

What’s this tie-up with 10th Planet's Terry Nation Convention all about? As far as I’m aware, doesn’t Autographica sold itself for being fairly unique. Are these new partners?, is this a new sister convention?. How does the supply of these guests differ from the other agency used? Wouldn’t this tie-up be more suited to Collectormania? * I don’t think this question brakes any rules, because I’m just trying to understand wording in the announcement.

Good to have you back Dave. Some nice additions. My personal opinion is that we might have ‘over cooked’ the amount of war veterans at this one, and maybe were a little strong on unusual retro programming. Killer spacemen though, so all is forgiven! Any room for a few more ‘classic’ movie guests though?. Keep up the good work!.

I'm confused, why does the server crashing get met by management with such delight? Every time big announcements are advertised – 350 to 400 people log on to read them, and the server packs up? These aren't even very big numbers? Any other business would consider this very much a problem. Why doesn't Showmasters / Autographica? Isn’t it time for an upgrade, so it doesn’t happen again? Nice Spacemen though Dave!.

Don’t they sometimes create a bit of this problem themselves though? With some guests being constantly repeated and repeated and repeated. Certainly a large percentage of each show after all are ‘old faces’. But I get what your saying Nicky.

Honestly, you’re arguing about something that can be easily proved by simply reading the forum. So why bother?. You clearly must be bored.

Is it too hard to understand? I would appreciate, if Dave came back, and played a more active role in the forums again. Doing the announcements etc…. No offence to Jason, but I liked how Dave ran things before. I’m not sure what other people think?.

I think we can guarantee that none of these suggestions are coming. All these war guests are coming from the same agency. We aren’t actively looking for them ourselves.

I might say something that some might be disappointed with. But it’s only my opinion. But haven’t we got enough soldiers already for this show?. We need some sort of diversity?. I’m all for historic figures, but lets head in another direction, and some fresh ideas now.

Can you ask Dave though, if he’d be willing to come back and do the guest announcements, and be moderator again? Not really sure what that has to do with Autographica needing Showmasters for financial reasons? I liked those days better. That’s all.

That’s sad news. Does anybody know ‘why’ this spit has occurred?. He and Dave were ‘Autographica’ – and the reason it was so good. Is Dave still involved, or has he gone too?.

Where have all the old faces gone though? Why have they all gone missing? Why don’t they do the announcements anymore? I for one want them back. It’s just not the same. Have they been bought out?

Does anybody know what happened to the old ‘Autographica’ team. I used to look forward to their announcements, because they always made it fun, and were so friendly, and approachable. Autographica ran differently to the other Showmasters events, and I liked how it was so informal and relaxed. Now we just have arguments, and locked threads, etc. Please come back guys. I miss you!.
