    I'd personally suggest to wait a week before e-mailing Jason just to give the post a chance to catch up (it is indeed quite possible that send in items get sent out last, and if it was a bulky item like a poster through a different postal service). If it hasn't turned up next week, don't forget to include your order number and as many details as possible in the e-mail.

    Football. The world's favourite game (besides Pokemon Go) has 'kicked off' their quadrennial celebration of both feet and balls and I'm sure we're all overflowing with excitement, right?     Diamond Passes are valid the whole weekend, it is just for the photo day that you have to specify in advance. If the shop isn't offering you the option of choosing Sunday for your photo try waiting and more may be added. You will need an entry ticket for any day you decide to go.

    It is of course possible that entry tickets could sell out. SM will try to post an update if they are close to selling out, but this is not always possible. Saturday would be more likely to sell out than the other days.
