  1. Agree with Gaffer, I'm getting his autograph but not a photo. Would hate to miss out on it because of more photoshoots or anything.
  2. Ah, I'm another one of that tiny minority. Would love to meet Keith David and Summer Glau!
  3. I'd do anything in my power to meet John Rhys-Davies, huge fan of this guy. I'm really hoping they'll invite him to LFCC (the other places like Cardiff and where else he was announced last year are just really hard and expensive to reach coming from abroad) Karu Wuhrer is another guest I would really like to meet. Loved her in Anaconda!
  4. I'm sorry to say Herbert Lom passed away more than a year ago
  5. I'd like to go to this event but it'll depend on how easy it'll be to get there. Normally I'd arrive between 4 and 5 (in the morning) at Victoria Coach station in London. But what's the easiest way to get there from there on? I've checked the venue part of the website but that doesn't seem to make it any easier. Any hints?
  6. Yes to Jolene Blalock (for my dad, I've only seen the reboot film and its sequel)!
  7. Earlier on this board it's said that he doesn't do personalisations any more (but I guess he'll be too busy to do them anyway).
  8. I'm not a big comicreader either and don't like to get dvd covers signed, so I'm hoping there'll be pictures at the event. I'd like to know if there would be, then I can take it into account.
  9. That is indeed amazing, very happy with this announcement. I'll be getting an autograph for sure!
  10. As much as I love the Walking Dead, would they really count as BIG guests? Not so sure :s
  11. Silly suggestion perhaps, but I'd like to suggest R.L. Stine. His books and the Goosebumps tv show pretty much introduced me to the horror genre. I don't know if he does conventions but as he's somewhat a childhood hero (I guess) of mine, I would really love to meet him.
  12. Yeah, I was very surprised by Glover's price as well. Incredibly cheap for such a big name.
  13. I'd be willing to pay a higher fee for Welker, just not too high :)
  14. I wouldn't mind if it were someone that wasn't of interest of me (like the new doctor). You guys are talking about inviting a hundred guests and I already got 5 I want to meet, so it'll be alright
  15. I would love Timothy Zahn! He wrote the best Star Wars books
  16. just need Michael Myers now... And Freddy Krueger! (I know Robert Englund has done tons of Showmasters conventions last year, but I was only at the LFCC's :'( )
  17. Here's an interesting guest! Ever thought about inviting Anne Parillaud? She lives in France, so that's not too far away (concerning plane tickets). She played the title role in Besson's La Femme Nikita (the movie that started it all) and was also in Innocent Blood and the Man in the Iron Mask. Maybe not the biggest of guests, but I sure would love to meet her.
  18. I already got 4 Starship Troopers auto's (Meyer, Van Dien, Busey & Muldoon), so I would really love to see more of the cast on this event :) Would Neil Patrick Harris be a possibility at all? Still, I'd like to add that both Casper van Dien and Dina Meyer are incredibly lovely and cool people. Great addition to this con!
  19. Sure 20 pounds is still very acceptable for me :) But usually I expect most guests to be about 15 pounds (unless they're in something very succesful at the moment).
  20. Prices are obviously going up But alas, nothing we can do about it (and Showmasters are still among the cheapest)
