Hi, Will it be possible to buy tickets once the schedule is out? I don't want to be in the same situation again where i buy a photoshoot and I can't make the time. When will the schedule come out? Cheers

i got the film cells. They all had price tags on them, added up to less than i paid lol. The auction was utter pants frankly, total utter pants. Except for the suit, everything was on sale in the stores, and almost certainly for cheaper. I was very much expecting some more unique items that they would have been able to procure due to organising this event.

Are all talks always pure Q&A? I went to 5 talks and they were all the same. I thought it was pretty poor that they sit down and start with 'I have nothing prepared to say, ask me questions'. I was pretty bored by all except the sunday firefly talk where Adam and Jewel started by having a couple of jokes with each other and went off-topic of the audience question. (oh and of course the singing lol). Also the chairs were some of the most uncomfortable ever - 0 back support

Just one more thing (my colombo impression) If I have a 11am ticket but am going to the ST talk at 10am, I have to Q up and buy a new ticket. How long should i leave for this in order to make it inside in time? I bought an 11am ticket as I am never awake before this so the earlier the blearier! Thanks - and great job with all the answers

hello, We have tickets to the adam baldwin sunday talk 1040am-1115. My gf's train won't arrive til after, am i allowed to go in with my ticket and leave her's at the door or go back outside and give her her entry ticket?

If you arrive too late for a shoot for some reason let the crew at the photosession area know. With a large show like this there are bound to be some attendees with the same problem. If possible they'll try to get the guest back for a reshoot or something. If you don't want to risk that you can still buy your tickets on the day. Thanks for the reply. Hi. I understand the need for the schedule to be released as late as possible however this leaves me with a problem. My GF is a Chris Judge fan and we would love to have the sunday in costume photo with him, however we are unlikely to arrive at Olympia before 12.15. I would also like to go a talk or 2 and get some other photos - but how do I know if i buy a ticket that the talk/photo session is over before we get there and our money is gone? The last day to book tickets is Monday so we've waited as long as we can! Many thanks

Hi, I am on page 10 of this - might I suggest you create a locked sticky FAQ page where only mods update the Qs and As. That way people don't have to trawl through 24 pages of clarifications or get repeat Qs such as the 6 in person autos etc. Anyone who still needs Qs answering can then post here. It's not that I'm lazy but I simply don't have 2 hours to try and see if my Q has been answered or not 1. I work late shifts and weekends, I might be able to get Sunday off. With that in mind if i get a gold ticket will I be able to see the captains talk, 5 individual talks on the Friday and Sunday, as well as get 5 captains photos (and one with Martok & Gowron Costume/Make-up Shoot and who knows, maybe a couple others), bridge photo, the 6 in person autos and 1 or 2 more? Will I be able to do this if i turn up at 2pm on Sunday? Or do I realistically have to go all 3 days and get up 'early' (I only get 6 weekend days off per year and have to book them off a month in advance ) 2. Will i be able to give my pass to a friend for the saturday who can then buy some photos or autographs himself (perhaps I shouldn't have asked that here, did I put my name in my registration! ) 3. If my gf joins me on the Sunday am I going to be queueing everywhere whilst she stands to the side and ultimately we don't see each other and she hates it? Not to sound harsh but am I right in thinking it would be better to go alone? She would only want a photo of Scott Bakula if she came (she's a QL fan, but not ST). Many thanks :)
