So nice to hear someone say that cos I had a few dodgy looks from other people when I was placed near the front of the queues for photos as my autistic son struggles with long queues! Though most people were happy and understanding to allow people like my son be moved towards the front! Just nice to hear someone who actually understands!

Yes! When I got my photo, she was actually disappointed my son was not in the shot as she wanted to snuggle him!

I don't usually pay to see someone twice for a photo or auto, but for TJ, I most definitely would!

I think people would have been left broken hearted even if everything ran perfectly, because there was never guarantee even with the Friday preshow signing, that everyone would have got that much wanted meeting with him! I was lucky to get both photo and auto but was prepared to accept the auto might not happen!

Please can i ask you why you think he is here to start trouble? everything hee said is true, sm don't delete positive threads just negative ones. There sems to be a view by somee that complaints are "out of hand" or "here to cause trouble" i don't get that. He has a valid point, there is however no need for his response to your question, no neeed at all. You have to bear in mind things can read out of context on here. So perhaps maybe that is what I am doing, but all the posts Abberline has made have been very negative, much more so than those who have made valid claims of problems from the weekend, and in some come cases completely uncalled for! The first post they made in the Stan Lee thread was like they were trying to cause trouble, by saying that Pandora's Box was open due to one fan being lucky to get individual meet and greet thanks to Stan's manager! To me that is completely uncalled for (and yes I know I have made some angry posts which probably were uncalled for earlier today but I have apologised for that). I know where you are coming from but i just don't want the failings of this show to be swept under the carpet as SM like to do. I really enjoy these events but improvements truly need to be made to future shows and seing complaints as just people being whiney or causing trouble is not the way to go. Another event like this will really harm SM and of course i will never approve of the censorship of negative comments that don't swear or insult. Either way, the first comment has now been explained in the other thread as them being annoyed because this girl got a private meet and greet. So now I get the comment, but still the Pandora's Box comment was still uncalled for. Plus on top of that, the post itself has annoyed people even more before SM can get a proper statement out!

Probably because there was a very clearly posted 'no photos' sign behind her. They are there for a reason (which is not always made obvious to attendees). So please respect that in future. Can I ask (and I am not moaning I swear, just curious) why taking a photo is sometimes not allowed? I understand posed pictures because there isn't the time for big guests but was wondering more about taking pictures of them signing etc. Is it a legal thing? As I said, not complaining. I was well behaved and didn't even try to take pictures of people I wasn't supposed to. Just curiosity : ) i have to admit I have no idea why either, but I am intrigued to know as well!

How utterly amazing is it getting hugs off folk you've admired for such a long time? xD Coming home on the bus last night I was told I was smiling in my sleep! I'm glad people have had such nice experiences with guests, it makes things just so much better Never seen Bones and I cannot say I have admired him that long! He was in one episode of Charmed (one of my fave shows) so had to meet him! Ended up being my fave guest of the weekend!

Please don't call me that, I don't appreciate it. Even so, SM do not control the weather, they do not control the number of people who turn up to pay on the day, they do not control what time people turn up! Perhaps they do control how long people wait, but they can not let people in, if people do not leave.

I have found many of those who have them, also have many more photos to get to them than the average con goer, so for them this pass is extremely helpful in getting everything done in a timely fashion!

Abberline, have you just joined up cause trouble? Cos your posts have not been all that nice so far. I know things have got heated on here but that appears to be calming down, so please don't start it again!

Everyone we met was amazing, but TJ Thyne stands out as he was just so amazing and I loved my two big hugs I got from him!

I have to admit I was panicking about whether he would be swearing (I know that sounds so bad) but he was amazing with my kids. My poor son was desperate for the toilet and so Jason made sure to be quick with the auto and a photo, so I could rush him off to the toilet!

OMG I can't believe I forgot Harry Potter! Even more so I forgot to ask him to sign my Deathly Hallows in addition to the LOTR sountrack album - doh! My kids chose the photo but I was excited to see him more for Harry Potter than Doctor who!

All guests have the potential to cancel, due to work commitments or personal reasons. That is made clear on the website and I believe on the FAQs (mods feel free to correct me there). You have to take it on blind faith that they will commit to the convention, but there is never any guarantee. I had four guests I wanted to meet to cancel for this past weekend, no idea why, but I know if Showmasters can, they will get them back as soon as they can!

I was specifically told by Showmasters crew 'no touching, no physical contact' in the photoshoot. His own team however, were nothing but brilliant the entire weekend. I can only be positive about them; a great bunch of guys and a credit to Stan. No I agree, they were fantastic. Especially during the autograph session. Maybe I am wrong and it was someone from Showmasters, but I don't think it was. But I had my two children with me, so I was more concerned about making sure they went the right way.

But as it has been explained numerous of times, they are closing the show down today, they need to gather feedback from the crews and others involved and have a discussion. Until they have ALL the facts they cannot give a proper statement. Jason will make one once they are able to.
