Message for Jola. I ordered a couple of photo shoots on 20/05/2009. I know this is only 11 days ago, should I expect the tickets to arrive before event or will I need to take and produce confirmation email. From Ian. (The one that had to settle for 2nd or 3rd best on the Bucking Bronco at E3 after several attempts)

The original Post from SM stated working on a 4th guest..... Is this still the case in light of the decision to include Guest encounters into the price as well as a voucher back etc.. It would be good to have a 4th guest, as a lot of people have already spent a lot of cash etc..

For 'The Hub' when there were 150 gold pass holders we used the bar area outside the main hall for the Gold pass reception - there were big grey boards put up to split off the reception from the rest of the hotel and there were plenty of crew there to make sure only the gold pass holders got access. There were nibbles spread along the bar area for people to pick at, and at the separate bar that isn't in use a table was set up with various wines, and fruit juices for people to help themselves too. I'd say that there was plenty of space for everyone, and the guests managed to wander around everyone fairly well. I am assuming, the same system will be used at Eclipse 3 (and future events with 150 gold passes). Hope that helps! SJ xox Thanks XxX

I'm just wondering how the Gold Pass reception is going to work, is it going to be in a bigger room. I was at E1 and the gold pass Cocktail was tight for space and I only got to speak to 1 guest, and that was with 100 in attendance. At E2 it was great, there was only about 60 people in the same room as before and everyone got to speak to every guest. E3 with potentially 50 more people then at E1, i'm predicting mayhem. However I'm sure SM have thought it through and it will be ok, but yeah i'm a little concerned.

It's doesn't mention that it will not be auctioned. I know in the Twilight forum it was mentioned by Jason... The meal is with the winner, all the guests, and 2 or 3 other people. So it's possible 2 for these other people could be auction winners. Although it could just as easily be family members of the guests, maybe an agent or two and one of the organisers. So I honestly don't know for sure. But don't take this as the auction of the meal being dead. Thanks Stu, I thought I may come in on the bidding war for next one Possibly>>>>

Keeping it short and sweet, agree with posts so far, was a fantastic event. I loved Dania, she was lovely and really nice to chat to.. The highlight for me was to play Poker with the guests on the Say night, that was Awesome, a memory that will last forever. I so want to Go E3 but need to chesck work Schedule and Finances first..... P.s see you all there lol

I completely agree with you, yes they are good guests anyone from Heroes is a good guest, thats why we love the show. But there is no great guests. At Eclipse 1 we had 2 guest from the A group (Sendhill Ramamurthy and David Anders) and so far for E2, none. I'm just hoping they announce 2 good guests now, so i don't feel like i've wasted a few hundred quid.

Good to see another guest, but I really want to see a couple of main players, examples such as Hayden, Kristen, Zachary, Greg, Jack. Sorry if that sounds negative, but was expecting big things after showmasters promised this event to be bigger and better than the last.

Great Guest But i'm sure he will cancel by the time the show arrives, I'm thinking is it worth the risk to book........... Me thinks probably YES!!!!!

I went on my own to last one, thought I was sad lol then got chatting to a couple of people who were also on their own, and I think were meeting up at the next one, so you should be fine.
