Longleat68
I've read that it isn't permissible to bring a drink in to the event. Is this correct? A friend has health issues and needs to drink regularly. Also on a similar line, can a small deodorant be brought in?
Raylenth
Not true, not sure where you read it but remember info like that would be on the website of the show, or the website of the venue if there were limits. Liquids are not prohibited. Glass bottles and alcohol probably won't be allowed and you do occassionally get an over zealous security guard who might insist open bottles can't be taken in but there are no restrictions on drinks. As far as I am aware deodorant is also fine, but if you want to err on the side of caution maybe take a roll on if you have it.
Queen_Sindel
At one venue - I think it may have been Sheffield? - security was making a bit of a fuzz in general. But no official restrictions, and I definitely am not aware of any prior issues in Birmingham.
