With the Gold Pass, it says you get two diamond talks (up to £30 each) included.

How do you get these through the store?

Don’t want to leave it and find there are no seats left.

You don’t get them through the store. When you collect your pass you will be asked which talks you want to go to and will be handed a voucher for those talks which you hand over like a ticket at the talk.

Is there not a chance that a particular talk (Tom Welling) may be sold out by the event day?

There will be a number of tickets kept away as far as I am aware. Gold Pass seating is kept separately from General Seating.

Ok just re-bumping this thread.

Had another read of the gold pass extras.

It says two diamond pass talks up to a value of £30 each ‘while stocks last’

Does this mean I might not get a seat?

I've answered this above. Yes, there is a certain number of tickets kept back. I don't recall the seats ever running out, but they have to put that blurb in to make sure all bases are covered.
