Gold and disabled pass collection

I purchased a gold pass but who I'm coming with, will be using a wheelchair (i have to push him) and so will be using the disabled entrance. Was wondering if I can collect my pass from the same place?

We haven't had confirmation on collecting passes yet, but I believe that you have to go to the gold pass entrance to pick up a gold pass I'm afraid.

Yes. While there is no confirmation yet I do agree that this is pretty much what is going to happen in this case.

I'm on the other end of a similar situation.A gold pass member who is disabled and not in a wheel chair but still requires a companion... can you confirm what evidence/documentation I need to provide to confirm disabled pass for a carer?
