GoldenGreen Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 I just wanted to say well done on the much quicker refunds we are getting for this show, since the introduction of the EventBrite ticketing system. Even with all the pre-show work that is going on I have received refunds for Emily Kinney, Maya Stojan and Ronee Blakley all within 24/48 hours of the cancellation announcement. Which of course means I can now buy more photoshoot tickets as replacements. :-) People are always quick to complain, but I always make an effort to say thanks when a system and a service has improved. So thank you to the staff that are processing this for us quickly, it does genuinely make a real difference as a customer to get this prompt service. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

GelNerd Posted July 20, 2015 Share Posted July 20, 2015 I'm still waiting for my refund that was said was given to me, but hasn't come to my bank yet, since 3rd July. That's like £38 I could have used at the event - and still waiting. Had no response to the e-mails I've sent asking for polite update or on Twitter.
