Ticket Problem?

I've never even had to ask before, but I'm rather concerned as tickets for David Hasselhoff and Alexander Siddig arrived today which I ordered on 12th June. However, £164 of tickets I ordered on 6th June have still not shown up. These are:

Sorry, had to copy and paste since I couldn't remember them all - but as you can see there are a lot of tickets there that should have come by now and still have not. Can I get to the bottom of this if I give my order number? I need to get these tickets as some of them aren't even for me. Or is it that some of them haven't been printed yet? Although I would have thought they had by now. Thanks.

I wouldn't be concerned just yet. I would wait until the middle of next week then e-mail info@collectormania.com with your order details

 

Does your order say dispatched?

No it says paid, but then only 3 of my orders out of a huge page full ended up saying dispatched, the rest just said paid, the Hasselhoff and Siddig ones just say paid but arrived already.

For the last 3 events i've been to from SM, my tickets never said dispatched.. Always paid. I do, however, always got them in time

Like 1of2 said, wait until next week before emailing, but at the very worst, you can always bring your confirmation Email to the show and we will help you there.
