newbie question

Trying to decide whether I'm going to be able to attend.

I use a walking stick so I was just wondering what the policy is towards the disabled i.e I have problems with standing etc. Couldn't find anything regarding disasbled information on the website.

 

Hope you can help as I really want to attend

This wouldnt be a problem.

 

Anybody with a stick/chair etc is loaded into the hall first for talks, then you are able to take your seat in your chosen area (ie gold, silver, standard) without there being a mad rush.

 

Too Tall (the crew boss) always helps people in similar situations, so we always advise you to seek him out when you register.

Also, speak to the crew in the auto room. When I ran queues, if someone had difficulty standing, I'd let them wait on a chair and join their friends/relatives when they got to the front of the queue. (Or let them sit until the person they would have been behind got to the front.)

I can only echo the above - the most important thing is to make yourself known to those who can help, and there are plenty that will

I was at 7.5 with two broken toes, so no long standing for me either.

 

Like the others have said you won't have any problems. Everyone is incredibly helpful. Twice crew members even brought me a chair before I admitted to myself that I needed one.

Thanks all, it was bothering me whether I could attend but you've all put my mind at ease.....now got to decide what package to go for
