Ticket Question

So i brought two tickets on Friday but the money still does not seem to have came out my bank, i got a email when i booked to confirm the tickets :-/

Did anyone else have the same issue?

What do i need to do?

it might be just that jola hasnt processed it yet.. i wouldnt worry if u have your confirmation they always tells us they contact u if theres a problem

Friday is much too early to worry.

 

Sazzzy has explained it correctly, Jola has very likely not processed the order yet. Everything is done manually. So sometimes there's a little wait.

 

You will get an e-mail if there's a problem. Thanks to my bank being stupid I had my card cancelled on me once and Jola sent me a message to please call. So I got some first hand experience, you will indeed be contacted.

There would've been an update from Jola if they were low, so nope

Is it not a bit worrying that they're not starting to get low at this point. Does that not mean there's really not been alot sold then?

I think that the purchases are just a bit more spread out over all ticket types because the event covers so many different shows. Some fans prefer Angel over Firefly and so on. So standard may be a better option for most, and that's the biggest ticket group. For Chevron or ET it seems attendees always jump on Gold Tickets first, so we see sold out messages sooner.

Yep, there's definitely different purchasing habits for different fans.

 

I guess if there's a huge guest (in context) like James Marsters, gold tickets just get purchased based on that alone, but as QS says, it does depend on what people want. If you like everything then it's fine, but there will be a lot that only like one or two.

 

Doesn't mean there's bad sales though
