xkleex Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 Hey dunno if this helps but, last year the matalan near me had amazing halloween costumes, and i bought exactly that a lovely black hooded velvet cape and it was no more then a £10 (fingers crossed its still somewhere in the loft), But that was halloween and would be cutting it close to the date but if ur sill stuck by that point give that a go..... or maybe check matalans website maybe mid septmeber....shops get sesonal and holiday stuff in really early these days. Also you could get the velvet and find a dress makers to make you one. Then you'll get what you want. Not sure how much that would be you'd maybe have to check. Just a thought tho .
