It would have to be a good old oak tree....a truely wonderful species... What would make it even better however (and indeed any tree would become my favourite!) I used to spend hours when I was young (oh, so long ago ) searching the countryside for conkers - and now we have one at the botton of our garden and the squirrels are so cute, when they're trying to balance several in their paws, while they run along the fence - aaaah!
