GoldenGreen
I was having a think of who might make a great guest for next years show after Norman Wisdom, and some of the other great guests of recent years, and decided that Leslie Philips would be perfect for this type of event. He has made loads of appearances, but here are a few notable ones: Carry on Films (Starred in Carry On Constable, Nurse, Teacher, Columbus) Plus other classics , like the Navy Lark and The Doctor Series Movies of later years like Empire of the Sun, Out of Africa, The Jackal, Tomb Raider In more recent years he has voiced the sorting hat in the Harry Potter films, and shows up regularly as a guest star in all sorts of series, from Midsommer Murders to Holby City. We have had some true legends in recent years like Norman Wisdowm and John Mills, so how about Leslie for the star guest for 2007 ?

gilgalad70
The fact he has a book out now (and would probably be in paperback by then), wouldn't hurt the situation... Hey! How about a Tomb Raider reunion... Daniel Craig, Angie Jolie, Leslie, and Chris Barrie! If we went for Tomb Raider series of films, Gerard Butler would be pertinent, seeing as he's in the flick 300!
