I know some people can't do Yule Ball for C9 and I know for a fact I can't. I can't afford it at the moment. Grrrr! Come on people help me out here! With hardly anyone being able to do the Yule Ball for C9 I am guessing that has now been moved to C10. So for C9 I think it's just our own costumes.....no groups.
