Issue with ticket - actual issue + resolvable or big issue?

Hey Guys! So i'm not sure if this is the correct way of asking about this so please do let me know. I bought the Ncuti Gatwa Diamond Pass and a Standard Entry for Saturday earlier today, very excited. Now however, I have seen that due to an error or weird mix-up on my Eventbrite account, the name on the Diamond Pass is not my name but another family members name (this account has been used to book other events on Eventbrite before). The entry ticket worked fine, but the Diamond Pass is obviously incorrect. Is this likely to be an issue at all? Not sure how Diamond Passes function, but can I enter under my entry ticket and then claim the diamond pass under the other name, and will that pose any issues potentially? If it DOES, how likely is it for Showmasters to be able to correct this error? I have contacted them on their email and on Eventbrite, but just curious. Thanks! :)

Entry and diamond pass collection are 2 different entities. You’re not asked your name when you enter, but you will be asked for a name when you collect your diamond pass. Just give the name the pass was purchased under and you’ll be fine.

As an example, I purchased 2 diamond passes for Rupert Grint, but one had my name and the other had my daughter’s name. We received 2 diamond pass tickets and so collected our own DPs.

Right ok. This reassures me a little if they aren't able to fix the name on my ticket. I'm assuming they just ask for the name when you collect your diamond pass, not a name and Photo ID or something. Its no biggie for me to go under my family members name if needs be, hell if it came to it im really not opposed for peace of mind to buying another entry but with his name and just going as that name, but just to be 100% sure.

I’ve never had to show ID either. In fact, one year, because I had to dash off as soon as I arrived to an early photoshoot, my daughter collected my diamond passes for me.

The only “ID” I have had to show, if you can call it that, is my Diamond Pass ticket with the QR code on it.

I haven't ever had to show id as well just that i had payed
