This is not about forgiving or forgetting, this is simply about trying to keep the forum a happy and friendly community, and by that I mean not continuing these arguments. If someone states something that you do not agree with, I am sure you can find a manner in which to reply without it being insulting or argumentative ... there is a lot of room for healthy debate here over subjects, I see nothing wrong with that at all, just try and keep it mature and fair. I do not want to be deleting threads, it's a waste of my time and of yours. Fox

Thank you. I dont think this post in itself is offensive - but its just all the trouble you cause by making all these Anti-LotR threads! You want us to listen to your opinion? Then please... listen to ours. I am hoping that dufresne does not have a problem with your opinions. If he/she (sorry I don't know) wants to state an opinion and wants to be listened, then it's only fair that he/she does that for other people too. It is again, as I said, to do with the manner in which these things are presented. I would HOPE that the people on this forum are capable of free speech and debating these subjects without it descending into insults and arguments. Everyone on here has an opinion and for the most part, they are expressed in a way which is fair and just, rather than arguing with each other. We should all just be able to be a part of this community TOGETHER, not AGAINST each other. Some people like LOTR, some don't - I am not the biggest fan of LOTR myself, but I can understand how in the current climate of LOTR being VERY popular how it would make business sense for Showmasters themselves to get involved in bringing the BEST LOTR stars to Collectormania. It has been proved by the success of previous Collectormania events that Showmasters have picked the guests that many people want to see. But there is no pleasing everyone, we all know that. Of course, everyone has a right to disagree, I am no more right or wrong than anyone else, but that is how I see it. Fox

OK OK OK, this is getting far too out of hand. I'm willing to leave this thread open as long as there is no abusive language or insults towards each other. There is no need for that whatsoever and so people DO NOT come in here shouting your heads off at each other because it's not going to help. People are allowed opinions yes, and I'm not going to repeat what DavidB6937 said above but that is basically something I have to agree with. Please do not come in here shouting at someone for having a different opinion to yours. Yes, perhaps it has been said in the wrong manner, but once one person gets angry, someone has to retaliate and it goes back and forth and you all end up on the same level which is what we do not want. As long as you are going to present your arguments in a fair manner then I will leave this thread here, but if there is any more trouble I will be deleting it. Thank you. FOX

Egghead, the biggest smg fan, agentsmith and bradpittlover I am aware of your posts on the board always randomly insulting people and trying to start a fight.
