Yet again it's 19 days until the event and we still haven't been given any idea about what the themes are for the parties. SM please can you get a move on, or there won't be anyone making an effort to come to the parties, for lack of costumes! As it is, most Blue Gillespie fans won't be coming to the Friday night party, so Saturday will be the only night when most people will be attending.

Just rang the hotel this afternoon, to be told that the rooms still haven't been released yet, BUT they have just released the rooms for Bitten event in August 2012. The receptionist was lovely, but as confused as the rest of us as to why April isn't available, yet August is. Also she quoted the rooms as £69.50 per night when the rooms do get released not £68 quoted on the venue info page of Hub 8 web page. Hope this helps people. Lady Jane

Okay...let me get this straight: Showmasters have upped the price of tickets. They are now asking us to pay for an additional photo if we want a group shot with everyone? At at least one previous Hub gold and (possibly) silver have had a group shot with all the guests over the weekend, as a thank you for being there, to keep the event running, and now they're asking us to pay for it? Seems a bit unreasonable, especially with the price increase.

I agree with Morgan. SM is it possible to have the themes a little early this time round, as it would be nice if the majority of people could go in fancy dress. One of the major problems is that we don't get enough time to prepare an outfit, before the big weekend. Don't mean to sound like a pain, but even a week or two early would help in the organisation of 3 nights of costumes. Ladyjane.

Well if you can bare to read RTDs interview on AfterElton, it appears that they got it pretty spot on. They mention a Rex Matheson and someone called Esther so who know what else digitalspy got right? JMHO IDIC Okay have no idea if I'm doing this right, but anyway. I've just read in the Torchwood Magazine that they'e just put a casting call out for 4 new characters. Rex Matheson, Esther ..., Dr Vera ... and another guy. Rex is late 20's CIA agent. Esther is early 20's CIA analyst. Can't really give you much more than this, as didn't buy the magazine, just browsed it in WHSmith's. Hope this is ok.
