I think we all saw it coming, but it's sad all the same. Hub 3 was my first ever convention, and I met so many wonderful people who I'm still friends with now. It introduced me to other SM cons, and I wouldn't be the nerd I am without it ^^ I only made Hubs 3, 4 and 7, and unfortunately won't be able to make 8 due to funds, but I hope everyone who can go has a wonderful time, and thanks to SM for running an awesome series of conventions, and giving me so many amazing memories from those three weekends! Hopefully it shall be replaced with an equally awesome new series of cons

Most cosplayers try and go for the whole weekend, but obviously other commitments mean some people can't :) But depending on guests people are planning on getting photos with, or cosplays they've recently made that they want to debut, a lot of cosplayers will have several cosplays over the weekend. I usually have one for each day, but I'm only planning on doing one this LFCC as it's going to be a difficult one I do know some people who have three or even four cosplays for one weekend. I guess it depends on the person, really ^^

The plan is to get my Quidditch!Draco done in time, so I'll have to see how that goes xP If not, then well... I'll see which guests are announced :)

I haven't decided yet... probably gonna give Jack a miss, as that coat needs to die in a fire Might bring back Fem!Eleven (though with a long wig, and a jacket that doesn't make me look like a flasher xD) and possibly normal Eleven, idk. As for the parties, well, depends on themes ^^

I know it's early, but... Anyone have any ideas?

I'd love to have James Marsters and Burn Gorman for Hub 8; the only two of the 'main' cast I've not met yet! And having Daniele back would be brilliant, he was so enthusiastic about everything :)

Agreed! Thanks, SM/ME, it was brilliant to be back at Hub and despite the change in venue, it was still awesome fun as Hub always is The crew, guests and attendees were all lovely, and I can't wait until Hub 8 ;D

Were you outside or inside? There were 2 groups with Storm Trooper costumes, the UKG and Star Warriors. err, I was outside when I first met them; they were doing crowd control for the pre-paid queue. But I kept bumping into them inside the hall, too

Speaking of stormtroopers, who were the ones who decided I was trouble? I was the Draco Malfoy on Sunday, and I promise I didn't do anything bad... much! ;D

Any other fans of Eureka and Warehouse 13? And I figured since they're both in the same 'verse, and have crossed over, they'd be perfect for a combined con ^^
