I will wear a dress like Buffy in the Halloween episode of season two. The red and pink one. Now I'm just asking myself what to do with the hair. I think it's more difficult to get a wig like she wears at the beginning of the episode. I'll propably just hope my hair grows a little more till october, then colour it brown and have it as tousled as she wears it later.

Me too! There are some videos on youtube of him singing at conventions, so maybe theres a chance.

I think the meet-up is a really good thing to get to know each other before. We already booked early flights, so we will be there in time. :)

Call me crazy, I already got my outfit for the ball finished. Well as good as finished. I'll go like Buffy in the Halloween episode in season two, the pink and red dress. I gave a screencap of the dress to a tailor and she made it. I don't say it's 100% like Buffys but I think she dit a pretty good job. I hope someone will recognize it.

I saw Anthony Head in Six degrees of Seperation on Wednesday and it was GREAT!!

Was there a theme party last year? and if yes, what was it? Was there also the halloween ball?

I'm thinking about going as Darla from the old times. I like those wide old dresses.

I saw it last night! It's very good - quite strange, but good. I was in the 2nd row of the stalls (row E - rows A-C have been removed) so felt right into the action. Cool. I'll be sitting in row E as well. Hopefully A-C stay removed.^^

I'm going to see Anthony Head this month on the 31th!! And it's my Birthday:) We're going to the old vic theatre in london to see six degrees of seperation. That makes two trips to england in one year. Has anyone seen it?

Buffy: Earshot, Once more with feeling, The Body, The gift, The one where Giles sings "Behind blue eyes" Last week I watched season one from Dollhouse in three days and I think it's really great. Can't wait to see what's happening in season 2. And after that I'm going to watch firefly.

please do not worry. you'll be surrounded by fellow fans and everyone's pretty friendly. rest your fears aside. If you come in around friday afternoon you should come to the meet up at the pub down the street. it's a nice relaxing time :) thanks We'll be definetly coming to the meet up, when we arrive in time.

Hi there! It's realy calming to know, that we (my best friend and I) aren't the only ones with that fear. Sure, we have each other, but it still would be stupid if we wouldn't come into contact with anybody else, since we're both pretty shy too. We're also a bit worried because we're from Germany and our english of course isn't perfect. But on my student exchange 8 years ago, I didn't starve. And since that I had a few more years of english in school.^^ So I really hope we will find some nice people to talk to, who don't mind the wrong grammar or the not everything understanding here and there.

But there is another question, which has mainly to do with my english abilities^^: On the website with the informations about the hotel booking is this sentence: "...and full payment must be made upon arrival to the hotel." The word UPON, does that mean I have to pay everything when I get there? And do I have to pay a part, when I book now?

Hi! Here comes the german girl with some questions. Of course I first read in the forum, if I found some answers. But I'm still a bit confused, considering it's my first convention and not my mother language. When do you have to be there? Is there a time when you have to be cheked in? Does it start on Friday or on Saturday? But I think even if there's nothing hapening on Friday it would be best to come on Friday. (My best friend and I plan on staying at the thisle). And if I understood it right, you have to registrate for the convention? When and where do you do that? At the hotel reception, when you are checking in? Sorry if these are stupid questions and I hope the language is ok.
