The Sookie Style dress was a big fail!!! on 2nd time of trying on the strap pretty much came away from the front of it, so I've sent it back for a refund and am going to find something in my wardrobe/Merlotte uniform it up. Had to laugh when I went to the post office to mail it back, the guy asked if it was another dress and if this one was too short too!!! haahaa! Love that he remembered my hassle with dress no 1. Was impressed when I told him about the con though :)

My shoes STILL haven't come. The seller offered to send out another pair... I asked if they'd come in time and they replied saying they've given me a refund!?!!? O_O So don't know if any will arrive in the post now.... been ringing round all the local Peacocks today to see if they had a similar pair in stock in my size. Found some, so mum went to buy them for me today. They may not be brand acurate, but at least they'll give the same look. WHO'D have thought that party outfits would become so stressful??

oh no if its tight on you is it gonna be ok on me?! (I'm guessing thats the one I'm borrowing!) I'll pack a long white vest top to wear under it in case its too short! I meant that it's more elastic than the HBO US one (which isn't elastic atall)... it fits me though so it should be FINE on you! :) Good plan about the vest (I do the same) although with your apron over the front you can't tell how long the shirt is - it's just when I'm wearing it normally (not cosplay), I'm so used to the length on my original one!

I don't like my play.com one - the logo's too big, the shirt's too short and it's too tight fitting /moan! . I love my HBO US store one though - shame it ended up costing a small fortune.

Lets face it we never remember whats played on a Friday night blame the wine reception for that! I TOTALLY agree with this, the wine reception is messsssssy, Friday night at ET3 was such a blur.... I'm gonna be so nervous meeting Sam though that I will need to drink just to steady myself (mind you its such a fine line between steadying myself and then just drunkenness.....) It's ok chica - I'll be in the same boat!

yippeeeee!! Im planning on raiding my nan's wardrobe, she has all manner of old granny clothes!!!! actually i hope she's not too offended by that!!! loooool! I think i'll put my hair in rollers for this one and get some grey hairspray stuff we are gonna be funky grannies!! Hahaha! That's exactly what my mum suggested I did but I said we had to do charity shop... But then I found a tea dress on eBay I may actually wear again so bought it. And don't have to risk offending nan!

If I could save £10 I'd get advance trains too, but I've been looking for the last 12 weeks and the cheapest single I could get was £30.50 and the return is only £52! the other site that doesn't charge booking fee is crosscountrytrains.co.uk

any time on a weekend is off-peak (that's what I've always been told) I book a LOT of train tickets. The reason I'm not prebooking for this is because even when the advance tickets went on sale, they were only half the price of a saver rerturn where I'm not stuck to only traveling on one train!

err.... probably a large or XL. Prob is, I've had that Tshirt for nearly a year. Ordered it from the american HBO site which ended up costing me a small fortune. There are UK licenced ones on sale over here now from Forbidden Planet/play.com etc but they're a different type of material and are shorter than mine (same prob I had with my 2 fangtasia shirts - 1US, 1UK) and the logo's a little larger, so I would suggest to look at the sizing charts on the websites that sell them!
